Abstract

ABSTRAK SINTA FITRIYA UTAMI, Analisis Sikap Petani Terhadap Benih Padi Varietas Unggul Inpara 3 di Desa Teluk Kecamatan Pemayung Kabupaten Batang Hari. Dibimbing oleh bapak Idris Sardi, S.P., M.Si. selaku Dosen Pembimbing Skripsi I dan ibu Fendria Sativa, S.P., M.Si. selaku Dosen Pembimbing Skripsi II. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: (1) Mengetahui gambaran usahatani padi sawah di Desa Teluk Kecamatan Pemayung Kabupaten Batang Hari, (2) Menganalisis sikap petani terhadap benih padi varietas unggul inpara 3 di Desa Teluk Kecamatan Pemayung Kabupaten Batang Hari. Penelitian dilaksanakan pada bulan September sampai dengan bulan Oktober di Desa Teluk Kecamatan Pemayung Kabupaten Batang Hari. Penelitian ini menggunakan data primer dan data skunder. Metode pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah metode simple random sampling dengan jumlah responden 77 petani. Metode analisis yang digunakan untuk mengetahui sikap petani padi terhadap benih padi varietas unggul inpara 3 adalah tabel distribusi frekuensi. Untuk mengetahui komponen sikap petani terhadap benih padi varietas unggul inpara 3 di Desa Teluk Kecamatan Pemayung Kabupateni Batang Hari dapat dilihat melalui konsistensi antara kepercayaan petani sebagai komponen kognitif, perasaan sebagai komponen afektif dan perilaku sebagai komponen konatif. Jumlah skor dari 77 responden dengan 7 bulir dan 5 tingkatan skor maka diperoleh komponen kognitif 2262 skor dengan rata-rata 311,14. Komponen afektif 2164 dengan rata-rata 309,05 dan komponen konatif 2149 dengan rata-rata 306,95. Yang artinya komponen kognitif lebih tinggi serta mampu mempengaruhi komponen afektif dan konatif. Dan komponen afektif mampu mempengaruhi komponen konatif karena tingkat emosional petani dapat berpengaruh terhadap kecenderungan berperilaku. Maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa petani setuju terhadap benih padi varietas unggul inpara 3 di Desa Teluk Kecamatan Pemayung Kabupaten Batang Hari. ABSTRACT SINTA FITRIYA UTAMI, Analysis of Farmers' Attitudes towards Varietal Rice Seeds Superior Inpara 3 in Teluk Village, Pemayung District, Batang Hari Regency. Supervised by Mr. Idris Sardi, S.P., M.Si. as Thesis I Supervisor and Mrs. Fendria Sativa, S.P., M.Si. as Thesis II Supervisor. This research aims to: (1) Understand the description of rice farming rice fields in Teluk Village, Pemayung District, Batang Hari Regency, (2) Analyzing farmers' attitudes towards Inpara 3 superior rice varieties in the village Teluk Pemayung District, Batang Hari Regency. Research carried out from September to October in Teluk Village District Pemayung Batang Hari Regency. This research uses primary data and secondary data. The sampling method used is a simple method random sampling with a total of 77 farmers as respondents. The analytical method used to determine the attitudes of rice farmers towards varietal rice seeds superior inpara 3 is the frequency distribution table. To find out the components Farmers' attitudes towards Inpara 3 superior rice varieties in Teluk Village Pemayung District, Batang Hari Regency can be seen through consistency between farmer beliefs as a cognitive component, feelings as affective and behavioral components as conative components. Total score of 77 respondents with 7 items and 5 score levels, the cognitive component is obtained 2262 scores with a mean of 311.14. Affective components 2164 with avg 309.05 and conative component 2149 with an average of 306.95. Which mean the cognitive component is higher and is able to influence the affective component and conative. And the affective component is able to influence the conative component because the farmer's emotional level can influence tendencies behave. So it can be concluded that farmers agree with rice seeds superior variety inpara 3 in Teluk Village, Pemayung District, Batang Regency Day.
