Abstract

ABSTRAK Citra radar dapat digunakan untuk memperoleh informasi spasial yang ada di bumi tanpa terpengaruh oleh kondisi cuaca. Hal ini disebabkan oleh peran Synthetic Aperture Radar (SAR). SAR adalah suatu metode penginderaan jarak jauh aktif dengan memanfaatkan frekuensi gelombang mikro. Frekuensi gelombang mikro memiliki frekuensi yang lebih panjang dibandingkan dengan gelombang cahaya yang umumnya dipakai oleh satelit optik. Jika gelombang yang digunakan memiliki frekuensi yang lebih panjang, maka semakin besar pula kemampuannya dalam menembus awan (Sutanto et al. 2014). Areal izin konsesi yang dimiliki PT. Wanamukti Wisesa tidak seluruhnya digunakan oleh perusahan, melainkan masih ada beberapa oknum masyarakat yang mengklaim bahwa terdapat lahan yang merupakan milik mereka yang berada di dalam areal izin konsesi perusahaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui luas perubahan penggunaan lahan di wilayah izin konsesi PT. Wanamukti Wisesa yang digunakan sebagai areal pemukiman dan perkebunan oleh masyarakat sekitar wilayah izin konsesi. Berdasarkan hasil dari penelitian dapat diketahui bahwa, luas kawasan perkebunan masyarakat berturut-turut pada tahun 2015, 2018, 2021 dan 2024 adalah 1.266,31 ha, 1.132,36 ha, 904,22 ha dan 978,21 ha. Perubahan perkebunan masyarakat yang terjadi pada tahun 2015-2018 berkurang 10,58%, tahun 2018-2021 berkurang 25,23% dan tahun 2021-2024 meningkat 8,18%. Sedangkan luas kawasan pemukiman berturut-turut pada tahun 2015, 2018, 2021 dan 2024 adalah 41,57 ha, 80,92 ha, 102,64 ha dan 136,43 ha. Perubahan kawasan pemukiman yang terjadi pada tahun 2015-2018 meningkat 94,66%, tahun 2018-2021 meningkat 21,16% dan tahun 2021-2024 meningkat 32,92%. This is caused by the role of Synthetic Aperture Radar (SAR). SAR is an active remote sensing method using microwave frequencies. Microwave frequencies have a longer frequency compared to light waves which are generally used by optical satellites. If the waves used have a longer frequency, the greater their ability to penetrate clouds (Sutanto et al. 2014). The concession permit area owned by PT. Wanamukti Wisesa is not entirely used by the company, but there are still some community members who claim that there is land that belongs to them within the company's concession area. This research aims to determine the extent of land use changes in the PT concession area. Wanamukti Wisesa is used as a residential and plantation area by the community around the concession area. Based on the results of the research, it can be seen that the area of community plantations in 2015, 2018, 2021 and 2024 was 1,266.31 ha, 1,132.36 ha, 904.22 ha and 978.21 ha, respectively. Changes in community plantations that occurred in 2015-2018 decreased by 10.58%, in 2018-2021 they decreased by 25.23% and in 2021-2024 they increased by 8.18%. Meanwhile, the area of residential areas respectively in 2015, 2018, 2021 and 2024 was 41.57 ha, 80.92 ha, 102.64 ha and 136.43 ha.
