Abstract

This study aims to observe the process and factors of Collaborative Governance in the management of serial tourism villages in Eka Jaya sub-district. This research method uses qualitative descriptive methods using a Collaborative Governance theory approach according to Ansell and Gash (2007) used as an analytical study in this study. The data collection techniques are through interviews, documentation, and observation. The results of initial observations show that the management of serial tourism villages has not run effectively in terms of initial conditions, design and collaboration Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengamati proses dan faktor-faktor Collaborative Governance dalam pengelolaan kampung wisata berseri di kelurahan Eka Jaya. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif dengan menggunakan pendekatan teori Collaborative Governance menurut Ansell and Gash (2007) digunakan sebagai kajian analisis dalam penelitian ini. Adapun teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, dokumentasi, dan observasi. Hasil observasi awal menunjukan bahwa pengelolaan kampung wisata berseri belum berjalan secara efektif dilihat dari kondisi awal, design dan proses kolaborasi yang menghasilkan model kolaborasi di kampung wisata berseri. Hal tersebut disebabkan karena pengaruh faktor-fator internal dan eksternal dalam pengelolaan kampung wisata berseri di lapangan seperti faktor Budaya, Lembaga pengelola,, letak geografis, masyarakat, Sumber daya manusia, atraksi budaya, penataan, kebijakan pemerintah daerah, aksebility daerah, teknologi, daya saing obyek wisata sejenis dan pergeseran nilai budaya yang akan menjadi tantangan kedepan.
