Abstract

Program Kampus Mengajar yang merupakan salah satu bentuk pelaksanaan Merdeka Belajar Kampus Merdeka (MBKM) yang berupa asistensi mengajar untuk memberdayakan mahasiswa dalam membantu proses pembelajaran serta peningkatan literasi dan numerasi di Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan di berbagai Desa/Kota, salah satunya adalah di SMKS DHARMA BHAKTI 4 JAMBI. Pada program ini, mahasiswa yang terlibat memiliki tanggungjawab dalam membantu pihak sekolah pada proses mengajar, membantu adaptasi teknologi, dan membantu administrasi. Selain itu, mahasiswa memiliki tanggungjawab dalam memperbaiki karakter peserta didik dan meningkatkan minat belajar peserta didik. Program ini diharapkan mampu menjadi ajang penanaman empati dan kepekaan sosial pada diri mahasiswa terhadap permasalahan kehidupan masyarakat yang ada disekitarnya, mengasah keterampilan berpikir dalam bekerja sama lintas bidang ilmu dan ragam asal mahasiswa dalam menyelesaikan masalah yang dihadapi, mengembangkan wawasan, karakter, dan soft skilsl mahasiswa, mendorong dan memacu pembangunan nasional dengan menumbuhkan motivasi masyarakat untuk berpartisipasi dalam pembangunan, serta meningkatkan peran dan kontribusi nyata perguruan tinggi dan mahasiswa dalam pembangunan nasional. The Teaching Campus Program is a form of implementation of the Independent Learning Campus (MBKM) in the form of teaching assistance to empower students to help with the learning process and increase literacy and numeracy in Vocational High Schools in various villages/cities, one of which is at SMKS DHARMA BHAKTI 4 JAMBI. In this program, the students involved have the responsibility to assist the school in the teaching process, assist with technology adaptation, and assist with administration. Apart from that, students have a responsibility to improve students' character and increase students' interest in learning. It is hoped that this program will be able to instill empathy and social sensitivity in students towards the problems of the lives of the people around them, develop thinking skills in working together across fields of science and various origins of students in solving the problems they face, develop students' insight, character and soft skills. , encourage and encourage national development by increasing community motivation to participate in development, as well as increasing the real role and contribution of universities and students in national development
