Kata kunci: Video animasi berbasis kontekstual, aplikasi Animaker Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk (1) Mendeskripsikan prosedur pengembangan media pembelajaran video animasi berbasis kontekstual muatan IPS kelas V sekolah dasar menggunakan aplikasi Animaker (2) Mendeskripsikan validitas desain media pembelajaran video animasi berbasis kontekstual muatan IPS kelas V sekolah dasar menggunakan aplikasi Animaker (3) Mendeskripsikan tingkat validitas produk media pembelajaran video animasi berbasis kontekstual muatan IPS kelas V sekolah dasar menggunakan aplikasi Animaker (4) Mendeskripsikan tingkat kepraktisan media pembelajaran video animasi berbasis kontekstual muatan IPS kelas V sekolah Dasar menggunakan aplikasi Animaker. Metode penelitian ini adalah Research and Development (R&D) dengan menggunakan model ADDIE (analyze, design, developmenet, implementation, and evaluation). Adapun data pada penelitian ini adalah data kualitatif dan data kuantitatif berupa nilai dari validator desain dan produk, serta nilai angket kepraktisan peserta didik dan pendidik. Penelitian ini dilakukan di SDN 34/1 Teratai. Hasil penelitian dan pengembangan ini berupa video animasi berbasis kontekstual muatan IPS kelas V sekolah dasar yang proses pengembangannya melalui model ADDIE. Rumusan masalah satu membahas prosedur pengembangan yang menggunakan model ADDIE yang terdiri dari 5 tahapan yaitu (analyze, design, developmenet, implementation, and evaluation). Rumusal masalah dua membahas hasil validasi desain awal dengan memperoleh nilai 86,6% dan masuk kategori sangat valid. Rumusan masalah tiga membahas hasil validasi produk yang terdiri dari ahli materi memperoleh nilai 90% dengan kategori sangat valid, validasi oleh ahli media memperoleh nilai 92,7% dengan kategori sangat valid dan hasil validasi ahli bahasa memperoleh nilai 87,5% dengan kategori sangat valid. Rumusan masalah empat membahas kepraktisan media pembelajaran video animasi dengan hasil angket respons guru memperoleh nilai 87,5% dengan kategori sangat praktis, hasil angket respons peserta didik uji coba kelompok kecil diperoleh nilai 84,55% dan kelompok besar 88,6% dengan kategori sangat praktis. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini bisa diambil kesimpulan bahwa video animasi berbasis kontekstual muatan IPS kelas V sekolah dasar sangat valid dan praktis. Safitri, Eny, 2024. Keywords: Contextual-based animation videos, Animaker application This study aims to (1) Describe the procedure for developing contextual-based animation video learning media for social studies content for grade V elementary schools using the Animaker application (2) Describe the validity of the design of contextual-based animation video learning media for social studies content for grade V elementary schools using the Animaker application (3) Describe the level of validity of contextual-based animation video learning media products for social studies content for grade V elementary schools using the Animaker application (4) Describe the level of practicality of contextual-based animation video learning media for social studies content for grade V elementary schools using the Animaker application. This research method is Research and Development (R&D) using the ADDIE model (analyze, design, develop, implementation, and evaluation). The data in this study are qualitative data and quantitative data in the form of values from design and product validators, as well as practicality questionnaire values from students and educators. This research was conducted at SDN 34/1 Teratai. The results of this research and development are in the form of contextual animation videos based on social studies content for grade V elementary schools whose development process is through the ADDIE model. Problem formulation one discusses the development procedure using the ADDIE model which consists of 5 stages, namely (analyze, design, develop, implementation, and evaluation). Problem formulation two discusses the results of the initial design validation by obtaining a value of 86.6% and is categorized as very valid. Problem formulation three discusses the results of product validation consisting of material experts obtaining a value of 90% with a very valid category, validation by media experts obtaining a value of 92.7% with a very valid category and the results of validation by language experts obtaining a value of 87.5% with a very valid category. The formulation of the fourth problem discusses the practicality of animated video learning media with the results of the teacher response questionnaire obtaining a value of 87.5% with a very practical category, the results of the student response questionnaire for small group trials obtained a value of 84.55% and a large group of 88.6% with a very practical category. Based on the results of this study, it can be concluded that contextual-based animated videos for social studies content for grade V elementary schools are very valid and practical.
