Abstract

ABSTRAK MELISA HIDAYATI. “Faktor-Faktor Yang Mempengaruhi Keputusan Buruh Sadap Karet Beralih Profesi Ke Sektor Non Pertanian Di Kecamatan Pemayung Kabupaten Batanghari” Dibimbing oleh Dr. Fuad Muchlis, S.P, M.Si dan Ir. Siti Kurniasih, S.P, M.Si. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor apa saja yang mempengaruhi keputusan buruh sadap beralih profesi ke sektor non pertanian di Kelurahan Jembatan Mas Kecamatan Pemayung Kabupaten Batanghari. Pemilihan lokasi penelitian dilakukan dengan sengaja (purposive) dengan pertimbangan bahwa buruh sadap karet di Kelurahan Jembatan Mas sebagian besar melakukan peralihan profesi. Penelitian ini dilakukan dari November-Desember 2023. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis deskriptif dan analisis data menunjukkan faktor usia, faktor penerimaan, faktor pendidikan formal, faktor pendidikan non formal, dan faktor jumlah anggota keluarga mempengaruhi keputusan buruh sadap karet beralih profesi ke sektor non pertanian di Kecamata Pemayung Kabupaten Batanghari dengan faktor penerimaan menjadi faktor tertinggi. "Factors Influencing the Decision of Rubber Tapper Workers to Switch Professions to the Non-Agricultural Sector in Pemayung District, Batanghari Regency" Supervised by Dr. Fuad Muchlis, S.P, M.Si and Ir. Siti Kurniasih, S.P, M.Si. This study aims to find out what factors affect the decision of tapped workers to switch professions to the non-agricultural sector in Jembatan Mas Village, Pemayung District, Batanghari Regency. The selection of the research location was carried out deliberately (purposive) with the consideration that rubber tapping workers in Jembatan Mas Village mostly switched professions. This research was conducted from November-December 2023. This study uses descriptive analysis methods and data analysis to show that age factors, acceptance factors, formal education factors, non-formal education factors, and the number of family members affect the decision of rubber tappers to switch professions to the non-agricultural sector in Pemayung District, Batanghari Regency with the revenue factor being the highest factor Keywords: Factors, Profession, Decision
