Abstract

Latar Belakang : Resep adalah permintaan tertulis dari dokter, dokter gigi, atau dokter hewan kepada apoteker, baik dalam bentuk kertas maupun elektronik untuk menyediakan dan menyerahkansediaan farmasi dan atau alat kesehatan bagi pasien. Peresepan yang baik akan meningkatkan penggunaan obat secara rasional sehingga pasien menerima obat yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan klinisnya, dalam dosis yang tepat untuk jangka waktu yang cukup dengan biaya yang rendah. WorldHealth Organization (WHO) memperkirakan lebih dari 50% dari semua obat diresepkan, dibagikan,dan dijual secara tidak tepat. Penilaian rasionalitas penggunaan obat ditinjau dari tiga indikator utama yaitu peresepan, pelayanan pasien, dan fasilitas. World Health Organization (WHO) menyebutkan bahwa penilaian rasionalitas penggunaan obat dapat menggunakan indikator WHO yang terdiri atas indikator utama dan indikator komplementer/pelengkap. Tujuan : penelitian ini untuk mengetahui gambaran evaluasi peresepan obat berdasarkan indicator WHO di apotek bhakti askes. Metode : Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan analisis observasi deskriptif dan bersifat cross sectional. Pengambilan data dari penelitian ini berupa data retrospektifberupa resep pasien untuk mengetahui diagnosis pasien pada bulan april sampai juni tahun 2024 diApotek Bhakti Askes. Hasil : Hasil evaluasi yang didapatkan yaitu untuk peresepan obat dengan generik, peresepan antibiotik dan peresepan injeksi sudah memenuhi standar peresepan WHO (World Health Organization) namun, untuk rata-rata item obat per lembar resep dan peresepan obat formularium nasional belum memenuhi standar. Keywords: Evaluation, Prescribing, WHO (World Health Organization), Pharmacy Background: A prescription is a written request from a doctor, dentist, or veterinarian to a pharmacist, either in paper or electronic form to provide and deliver pharmaceutical preparations andor medical devices for patients. Good prescribing will increase the rational use of drugs so that patients receive drugs that are appropriate to their clinical needs, in the right dose for a sufficient period of time at a low cost. World Health Organization (WHO) estimates that more than 50% of allmedicines are prescribed, dispensed, and sold inappropriately. Assessment of the rationality of druguse is based on three main indicators: prescribing, patient care, and facilities. World HealthOrganization (WHO) states that the assessment of the rationality of drug use can use WHO indicators consisting of main indicators and complementary indicators. Objectives: This study is to determinethe description of the evaluation of drug prescribing based on WHO indicators at the bhakti askes pharmacy. Method: This study uses quantitative methods with a descriptive observational analysis approach and is cross sectional. Data collection from this study is in the form of retrospective data in the form of patient prescriptions to determine the diagnosis of patients in April to June 2024 at the Bhakti Askes Pharmacy. Results: The evaluation results obtained are for prescribing drugs with generics, prescribing antibiotics and prescribing injections that meet WHO (World Health Organization) prescribingstandards, however, for the average drug items per prescription sheet and prescribing national formulary drugs do not meet the standards.
