Abstract

Collaborative Governance dalam mengatasi masalah stunting Di Kabupaten Muaro Jambi adalah sebuah struktur yang menyatukan Stakeholder Pemerintah Kabupten Muaro Jambi dengan para pemangku kepentingan dari sektor swasta yaitu Tanoto Foundation dalam kerangka kerja yang memungkinkan adanya proses pengambilan keputusan bersama secara terorganisir. Dalam penelitian ini peneliti menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif, data dalam penelitian diperoleh ,melalui wawancara, dokumentasi dan juga jurnal ilmiah dan situs internet. Penentuan informan ini menggunakan teknik purposive sampling, pihak-pihak yang terlibat dalam penelitian ini adalah Sekretaris Daerah Bagian Kerjasama, Dinas Pengendalian Penduduk Dan Keluarga Berencana, Dinas Kesehatan, Tanoto Foundation, serta Komisi Perempuan Indonesia Jambi, untuk melihat bagaimana penerapan Collaborative Governance dalam mengatasi masalah stunting di Kabupaten Muaro Jambi dengan menggunakan indikator teori Ansell and Gash (2007). Adapun hasil dari penelitian ini adalah kolaborasi yang dijalankan oleh Pemerintah Kabupaten Muaro Jambi dengan Tanoto Foundation sudah berjalan dengan lancar sejauh ini, namun masih perlu ditingkatkan lagi Sharing dalam kolaborasi. Collaborative Governance in overcoming stunting problems in Muaro Jambi Regency is a structure that unites Muaro Jambi Regency Government Stakeholders with stakeholders from the private sector, namely the Tanoto Foundation, in a framework that allows for an organized joint decision-making process. In this study, the researcher used a qualitative research method, the data in the study were obtained through interviews, documentation and also scientific journals and internet sites. The determination of this informant used a purposive sampling technique, the parties involved in this study were the Regional Secretary for Cooperation, the Population and Family Planning Control Service, the Health Service, the Tanoto Foundation, and the Jambi Indonesian Women's Commission, to see how the implementation of Collaborative Governance in overcoming stunting problems in Muaro Jambi Regency using the Ansell and Gash theory indicators (2007). The results of this study are that the collaboration carried out by the Muaro Jambi Regency Government with the Tanoto Foundation has been running smoothly so far, but sharing in collaboration still needs to be improved.
