Abstract

Penelitian ini dilaksanakan dengan tujuan untuk mengkaji pengaruh dosis mikoriza dan mendapatkan dosis mikoriza terbaik terhadap pertumbuhan bibit pisang barangan asal kultur jaringan selama tahap aklimatisasi. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di area aklimatisasi Laboratorium Bioteknologi dan Pemuliaan Tanaman Fakultas Pertanian, Kecamatan Jambi Luar Kota, Kabupaten Muaro Jambi, Provinsi Jambi. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan mulai bulan April – Juli 2024. Penelitian ini menggunakan Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) dengan satu faktor mikoriza dengan 4 taraf perlakuan yaitu p0 = tanpa mikoriza, p1 = 5 g mikoriza, p2 = 10 g mikoriza, p3 = 15 g mikoriza. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa terdapat pengaruh pemberian mikoriza terhadap pertumbuhan bibit pisang barangan dengan dosis terbaik 15 g mikoriza yang berpengaruh pada variabel tinggi bibit, luas daun total, bobot kering tajuk, bobot kering akar, rasio tajuk akar dan persentase infeksi akar. This research was carried out with the aim of studying the effect of mycorrhizal dosage and obtaining the best mycorrhizal dose on the growth of Barangan banana seedlings from tissue culture during the acclimatization stage. This research was carried out in the acclimatization area of the Biotechnology and Plant Breeding Laboratory, Faculty of Agriculture, Jambi Luar Kota District, Muaro Jambi Regency, Jambi Province. This research was carried out from April - July 2024. This research used a Completely Randomized Design (CRD) with one mycorrhiza factor with 4 treatment levels, namely p0 = no mycorrhiza, p1 = 5 g mycorrhiza, p2 = 10 g mycorrhiza, p3 = 15 g mycorrhiza . The results of the research showed that there was an effect of giving mycorrhiza on the growth of Barangan banana seedlings with the best dose of 15 g of mycorrhiza which affected the variables of seed height, total leaf area, shoot dry weight, root dry weight, root shoot ratio and percentage of root infection.
