Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji respons kopi liberika terhadap pemberian berbagai dosis bokashi dan mencari dosis bokashi terbaik bagi pertumbuhan tanaman kopi Liberika di lahan gambut. Penelitian dilakukan di Desa Jati Mulyo, Kecamatan Dendang, Kabupaten Tanjung Jabung Timur selama 12 MST. Penelitian menggunakan analisis statistik dengan pola Rancangan Acak Kelompok (RAK) dengan 5 ulangan dan satu faktor, yaitu bokashi kulit pisang (P) dengan 5 taraf perlakuan, Kontrol (NPK 16:16:16) dosis 28,75 g/tanaman (P0), bokashi 150 g/tanaman (P1), bokashi 300 g/tanaman (P2), bokashi 450 g/tanaman (P3), dan bokashi 600 g/tanaman (P4). Hasil menunjukkan bahwa pemberian berbagai dosis bokashi berpengaruh tidak nyata terhadap pertambahan tinggi tanaman, pertambahan diameter batang, pertambahan jumlah daun, dan jumlah cabang tanaman kopi Liberika. Kopi Liberika belum mampu memberikan respons terhadap pemberian berbagai dosis bokashi di lahan gambut selama 12 MST karena berdasarkan hasil analisis hanya menyamai pemberian NPK 16:16:26. Dosis bokashi yang direkomendasikan untuk mengefisiensikan penggunaan pupuk dalam meningkatkan pertumbuhan tanaman kopi Liberika adalah 150 g/tanaman (P1). Kata Kunci: kopi Liberika, tanah gambut, bokashi kulit pisang This study aims to examine the response of Liberica coffee of various doses of bokashi and to find the best dose of bokashi for the growth of Liberica coffee plants in peatlands. The research was conducted in Jati Mulyo Village, Denda ng District, East Tanjung Jabung Regency. The study used statistical analysis with a Group Randomized Design (GRD) pattern with 5 replicates and one factor, namely bokashi of banana peel (P) with 5 levels of treatment, Control (NPK 16:16:16) dose 28.75 g/plant (P0), bokashi 150 g/plant (P1), bokashi 300 g/plant (P2), bokashi 450 g/plant (P3), and bokashi 600 g/plant (P4). The results showed that application of various doses of bokashi had no significant effect on the increase in plant height, increase in stem diameter, increase in the number of leaves, and the number of branches of the Liberika coffee plant. Liberica coffee has not been able to respond to the application of various doses of bokashi on peatland for 12 MST because, based on the analysis, it only matches the application of NPK 16:16:26. The recommended dose of bokashi to efficiently use fertilizer to increase the growth of Liberica coffee plants is 150 g/plant (P1). Keywords: coffea Liberica, peatlands, bokashi of banana peel
