Abstract

ABSTRAK Latar Belakang : Keluhan MSDs adalah keluhan pada bagian-bagian otot skeletal yang dirasakan oleh seseorang mulai dari keluhan sangat ringan sampai sangat sakit. Tujuan Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang berhubungan dengan musculoskeletal disorders pada pekerja bagian produksi PT Hok Tong Jambi. Metode : Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif, menggunakan desain penelitian observasional dengan pendekataan cross sectional, Populasi pada penelitian ini yaitu 56 orang dengan sampel penelitian berjumlah 52 orang menggunakan total sampling sebagai metode pengambilan sampel. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuisoner, NBM, Lembar Indicator Kunci LMM. penelitian ini menggunakan uji statistik yaitu uji chi square untuk melihat adanya hubungan antara Manual handling, Kebiasaan merokok, Durasi kerja, Massa kerja dengan Musculoskeletal disorder. Hasil : keluhan Musculoskeletal Disorders terdapat pada kategori keluhan tinggi 38 (73,1%) responden dan keluhan sedang 11 (26,9%) responden. Adapun hasil bivariat variable manual handling (p= 0,001) dengan presentase tinggi sebesar 84,2%, Variable kebiasaan merokok (p= 0,006) dengan presentase berisiko sebesar 78,9%, Variable durasi kerja ( p= 0,885) dengan presentase normal 50%, Variable massa kerja (p= 0,016) dengan presentase berisiko sebesar 89%. Kesimpulan : variabel Manual handling, kebiasaan merokok,massa kerja mempunyai hubungan dengan musculoskeletal disorders. Untuk variabel durasi kerja tidak ada hubungan dengan musculoskeletal disorders.Disarankan untuk pekerja melakukan peregangan sekitar 1-2 jam agar terhidar dari muculoskeetal disorders Kata Kunci : Manual Handling, Kebiasaan Merokok, Durasi kerja, Masa Kerja, MSDs  ABSTRACT Background : MSDs Complaints are complaints in the skeletal muscles that a person feels ranging from very mild complaints to very painful. The aim of this research is to determine the factors associated with musculoskeletal disorders in production workers at PT Hok Tong Jambi. Methods : This research is a quantitative study, using an observational research design with a cross sectional approach. The population in this study was 56 people with a research sample of 52 people using total sampling as the sampling method. Data collection used questionnaires, NBM, Key Indicator Sheet (LMM). This research uses a statistical test, namely the chi square test, to see the relationship between manual handling, smoking habits, duration of work, working length and musculoskeletal disorders. Results : Musculoskeletal Disorders complaints were found in the high complaint category of 38 (73.1%) respondents and moderate complaints of 11 (26.9%) respondents. The bivariate results of the manual handling variable (p= 0.001) with a high percentage of 84.2%, the smoking habit variable (p= 0.006) with a risky percentage of 78.9%, duration of work variable (p= 0.885) with a normal percentage of 50% , Working length variable (p= 0.016) with a risk percentage of 89%. Conclusion : Manual handling variables, smoking habits, working length have a relationship with musculoskeletal disorders. For duration of work variable, there is no relationship with musculoskeletal disorders. It is recommended that workers stretch for around 1-2 hours to avoid muculoskeetal disorders.
