Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of financial literacy and Financial Technology (fintech) on financial management in Micro and Small Enterprises (MSEs) in Taman Pusparagam Bungo Timur. MSEs play an important role in the local economy, but many MSE actors face challenges in effective financial management. Through good financial management, MSE actors can increase the productivity and competitiveness of their businesses. The research methods used include observation, interviews, and the distribution of questionnaires to 35 MSEs in Taman Pusparagam Bungo Timur that utilize fintech. The results of the study show that good financial literacy has a positive effect on financial management, as well as the adoption of fintech which provides convenience in financial transactions and records.
