Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis Implementasi Tenaga Kerja pada UPTD BLKP. Berdasarkan pengalaman dan obeservasi, permasalahan dari penulis lihat di lapangan adanya fenomena pelaksanaan pelatihan yang diadakan oleh UPTD BLKP masih kurang baik. Dilihat dari adanya peserta pelatihan yang kurang fokus dalam mengikuti pelatihan, adanya fenomena instruktur pelatihan hanya sekedar menyampaikan materi saja, serta metode pelatihan yang dilaksanakan tergolong ala kadarnya saja. jadi penulis ingin mengetahui lebih dalam tentang Pelatihan Tenaga Kerja dan bagaimana Implementasi Pelatihan Tenaga Kerja tersebut. lokasi yang menjadi objek penelitian adalah UPTD BLKP Provinsi Jambi. penelitian kualitatif dengan sumber data primer dan sekunder, pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara observasi, wawancara terstruktur dan dokumentasi. hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa UPTD BLKP sudah melakukan program pelatihan dengan baik dan sesuai rencana pelatihan maupun sop. Implementasi pelatihan di UPTD BLKP sudah berjalan sesuai dengan sop awalnya. diliat dari perencanaan, UPTD BLKP ini dapat memenuhi target yang telah di tetapkan setiap tahunnya. walaupun terdapat kendala dari segi adanya pengurangan dana tidak membuat implementasi pelatihan di UPTD BLKP ini terganggu. Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan Implementasi pelatihan di UPTD ini berjalan dengan baik. Kata Kunci : Implementasi, Pelatihan dan Tenaga Kerja The purpose of this study was to analyze the Implementation of Manpower at UPTD BLKP. Based on experience and observation, the problems the author sees in the field are the phenomenon of the implementation of training held by UPTD BLKP is still not good. Judging from the existence of trainees who are less focused on participating in training, the phenomenon of training instructors only delivering material, and the training methods carried out are classified as mediocre. so the author wants to know more about Manpower Training and how the Implementation of Manpower Training. the location that became the object of research was UPTD BLKP Jambi Province. qualitative research with primary and secondary data sources, data collection was carried out by means of observation, structured interviews and documentation. the results showed that UPTD BLKP had carried out the training program properly and according to the training plan and sop. The implementation of training at UPTD BLKP has been running in accordance with the initial sop. judging from the planning, UPTD BLKP can meet the targets that have been set each year. although there are obstacles in terms of a reduction in funds, it does not disrupt the implementation of training at UPTD BLKP.
