Faktor-Faktor Yang Mempengaruhi Kepemimpinan Transformasional Dan Implikasinya terhadap Disiplin Kerja Guru SMK Negeri Sekecamatan Kayu Aro: Skripsi Program Studi Administrasi Pendidikan, Jurusan Ilmu Pendidikan, FKIP Universitas Jambi, Dosen Pembimbing (1) Prof. Dr. Drs. Firman, M.Si. (2) Musyaiyadah, M.Pd.I. Kata Kunci: Kepemimpinan Transformasional, Disiplin Kerja Guru. Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh rendahnya disiplin kerja guru di SMK Negeri Sekecamatan Kayu Aro, seperti keterlambatan hadir, ketidakpatuhan terhadap aturan sekolah, dan keterlambatan penyelesaian tugas administrasi.Kepemimpinan transformasional kepala sekolah berperan dalam meningkatkan disiplin guru melalui pengaruh ideal, motivasi inspirasional, stimulasi intelektual, dan pertimbangan individual. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kepemimpinan transformasional kepala sekolah terhadap disiplin kerja guru dengan meneliti kontribusi keempat indikator kepemimpinan transformasional dalam meningkatkan kedisiplinan guru. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan teknik total sampling, melibatkan 112 guru dari SMK Negeri Sekecamatan Kayu Aro. Data dikumpulkan melalui angket. Hasil penelitian ini menjelaskan bahwa: (1) terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara pengaruh ideal terhadap disiplin kerja guru dengan nilai Thitung > Ttabel yaitu 3,853 > 1.982 dan nilai sig 0,000 < 0,05. (2) terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara motivasi inspirasional terhadap disiplin kerja guru dengan nilai Thitung > Ttabel yaitu 3,787 > 1.982 dan nilai sig 0,000 < 0,05. (3) terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara stimulasi intelektual terhadap disiplin kerja guru dengan nilai Thitung > Ttabel yaitu 2,951 > 1.982 dan nilai sig 0,004 < 0,05. (4) terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara pertimbangan individual terhadap disiplin kerja guru dengan nilai Thitung > Ttabel yaitu 5,040 > 1.982 dan nilai sig 0,000 < 0,05. Uji koefisien determinasi diperoleh nilai R2 sebesar 0,495 atau 49,5%. This research is motivated by the low level of teachers' work discipline in state vocational high schools in Kayu Aro District, as evidenced by tardiness, non-compliance with school regulations, and delays in completing administrative tasks. The principal's transformational leadership plays a crucial role in enhancing teachers' discipline through idealized influence, inspirational motivation, intellectual stimulation, and individualized consideration. This study aims to analyze the influence of the principal's transformational leadership on teachers' work discipline by examining the contribution of the four transformational leadership indicators in improving teacher discipline. A quantitative research method was employed, utilizing a total sampling technique involving 112 teachers from state vocational high schools in Kayu Aro District. Data were collected using a questionnaire. The research findings indicate that: (1) there is a significant influence of idealized influence on teachers' work discipline, with a t-value (3.853) greater than the t-table value (1.982) and a significance level of 0.000 < 0.05; (2) there is a significant influence of inspirational motivation on teachers' work discipline, with a t-value (3.787) greater than the t-table value (1.982) and a significance level of 0.000 < 0.05; (3) there is a significant influence of intellectual stimulation on teachers' work discipline, with a t-value (2.951) greater than the t-table value (1.982) and a significance level of 0.004 < 0.05; (4) there is a significant influence of individualized consideration on teachers' work discipline, with a t-value (5.040) greater than the t-table value (1.982) and a significance level of 0.000 < 0.05. The coefficient of determination test resulted in an R² value of 0.495 or 49.5%.
