Abstract

UPTD Pelabuhan Perikanan Pantai (PPP) Carocok Tarusan merupakan pelabuhan strategis dengan 359 unit kapal Perikanan, termasuk 171 unit bagan perahu yang dominan digunakan untuk menangkap ikan pelagis kecil. Pada musim tertentu, pelabuhan ini sering mengalami kepadatan kapal saat pendaratan hasil tangkapan, menyebabkan waktu pendaratan menjadi lama, antrian kapal meningkat, dan potensi penurunan mutu ikan. Efisiensi waktu pendaratan menjadi penting untuk mengurangi biaya operasional, mempercepat aktivitas bongkar muat, dan menjaga kualitas ikan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat efisiensi waktu dan menganalisis faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi tingkat efisiensi waktu pendaratan hasil tangkapan bagan perahu. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah metode survey yaitu dengan mengamati aktivitas pendaratan hasil tangkapan alat tangkap bagan perahu. Pengambilan sampel kapal menggunakan teknik purposive sampling dengan ukuran kapal 6-30 GT sebanyak 30 kapal bagan prahu. Hasil pada penelitian ini yaitu tingkat efisiensi waktu pendaratan hasil tangkapan bagan perahu di UPTD PPP Carocok Tarusan yaitu dengan rata rata 66,31% tergolong dalam kategori kurang efisien. Total jumlah hasil tangkapan 30 kapal bagan perahu sebanyak 20.691 kg. Pada proses pendaratan dengan rata rata waktu efektif 10.52 menit, waktu terbuang memiliki rata rata 06.20 menit, dan waktu pendaratan 13.29 menit. Hasil analisis regresi linear berganda dari 30 kapal bagan perahu diperoleh R Square sebesar 0,6223 yang berarti 62,2% artinya memiliki tingkat korelasi yang kuat, menunjukkan bahwa efisiensi waktu pendaratan hasil tangkapan bagan perahu di UPTD PPP Carocok Tarusan dipengaruhi oleh variabel independen (bebas) yaitu, jumlah hasil tangkapan, waktu terbuang, jumlah pelaku bongkar, usia pelaku bongkar dan pengalaman pelaku bongkar, kemudian 37,8% sisanya dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain yang tidak diteliti pada penelitian ini. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah tingkat efisiensi waktu pendaratan hasil tangkapan bagan perahu di UPTD Pelabuhan Perikanan Pantai Carocok Tarusan yaitu dengan rata rata 66,31% tergolong dalam kategori Kurang Efisien. Faktor faktor yang mempengaruhi efisiensi waktu pendaratan hasil tangkapan dari 30 kapal bagan perahu yang berpengaruh signifikan dengan tingkat kepercayaan 0,05 yaitu jumlah hasil tangkapan dengan nilai koefisien secara positif dan waktu terbuang dengan nilai koefisien secara negatif. The Carocok Tarusan Coastal Fisheries Port (PPP) UPTD is a strategic port with 359 fishing vessels, including 171 boat lift nets that are predominantly used to catch small pelagic fish. In certain seasons, this port often experiences ship congestion when landing catches, causing long landing times, increasing ship queues, and the potential for decreasing fish quality. Landing time efficiency is important to reduce operational costs, accelerate loading and unloading activities, and maintain fish quality. This study aims to determine the level of time efficiency and analyze the factors that influence the level of time efficiency of landing catches from boat lift nets. The method used in this study is the survey method, namely by observing the landing activity of catches from boat lift nets. Sampling of ships using purposive sampling techniques with ship sizes of 6-30 GT as many as 30 boat lift nets. The results of this study are the level of time efficiency of landing catches from boat lift nets at the Carocok Tarusan PPP UPTD, with an average of 66.31%, which is classified as less efficient. The total catch of 30 bagan boat vessels was 20,691 kg. In the landing process with an average effective time of 10.52 minutes, the wasted time had an average of 06.20 minutes, and the landing time was 13.29 minutes. The results of the multiple linear regression analysis of 30 bagan boat vessels obtained an R Square of 0.6223 which means 62.2% meaning it has a strong correlation level, indicating that the efficiency of the landing time of the bagan boat catch at the UPTD PPP Carocok Tarusan is influenced by independent variables (free) namely, the amount of catch, wasted time, the number of unloaders, the age of the unloaders and the experience of the unloaders, then the remaining 37.8% is influenced by other factors not examined in this study. The conclusion of this study is that the level of efficiency of the landing time of the bagan boat catch at the UPTD Carocok Tarusan Coastal Fisheries Port, namely with an average of 66.31%, is included in the Less Efficient category. The factors that influence the efficiency of landing time of catches from 30 bagan boat vessels that have a significant influence with a confidence level of 0.05 are the number of catches with a positive coefficient value and wasted time with a negative coefficient value.
