Abstract
Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: 1) Menganalisis perubahan Upah Minimum Provinsi, Ukuran Pasar, Ekspor dan Stabilitas Politik dan Jumlah Investasi Asing Langsung Provinsi di Pulau Jawa. 2) Menganalisis pengaruh Upah Minimum Provinsi, Ukuran Pasar, Ekspor dan Stabilitas Politik terhadap Jumlah Investasi Asing Langsung Provinsi di Pulau Jawa. Metode analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis deskriptif dan analisis kuantitatif. Data yang digunakan adalah data tahunan periode 2018-2023, yang diperoleh dari Badan Pusat Statistik dan Kementerian Ketenagakerjaan. Metode analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data panel. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa 1) Selama periode penelitian tahun 2018-2023 rata-rata perubahan FDI di Pulau Jawa sebesar -402.89 Juta USD, upah minimum provinsi sebesar Rp126,301.64, ukuran pasar sebesar 98,649.05 milyar rupiah, nilai ekspor sebesar 412.24 Juta USD, dan stabilitas politik sebesar 1.33. 2). Berdasarkan hasil regresi dengan data panel diperoleh hasil bahwa secara simultan variabel upah minimum provinsi, ukuran pasar, ekspor dan stabilitas politik berpengaruh signifikan terhadap investasi asing langsung. Secara parsial variabel upah minimum provinsi berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap investasi asing langsung. Variabel ukuran pasar berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap investasi asing langsung. Variabel ekspor berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap investasi asing langsung. Variabel stabilitas politik berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap investasi asing langsung. Abstract This study aims to analyze (1) the changes in Provincial Minimum Wage, Market Size, Export, Political Stability, and the amount of Foreign Direct Investment (FDI) in provinces on the island of Java, and (2) the influence of Provincial Minimum Wage, Market Size, Export, and Political Stability on the amount of FDI in those provinces. The analytical methods employed in this research are descriptive analysis and quantitative analysis. The data used are annual data for the period 2018–2023, obtained from the Central Statistics Agency (Badan Pusat Statistik) and the Ministry of Manpower. This study utilizes panel data analysis as its main analytical method. The results of the study indicate that during the 2018–2023 period, the average change in FDI in Java was -402.89 million USD, the average provincial minimum wage was IDR 126,301.64, market size reached IDR 98,649.05 billion, the export value was 412.24 million USD, and the political stability index was 1.33. Furthermore, the panel data regression analysis shows that, simultaneously, the variables of provincial minimum wage, market size, export, and political stability have a significant effect on foreign direct investment. Partially, provincial minimum wage has a negative and significant effect on FDI, market size has a positive and significant effect, export has a negative and insignificant effect, while political stability has a positive but insignificant effect on FDI in the provinces on the island of Java.
