Abstract

ABSTRAK Laboratorium Oentoe Apik ialah laboratorium yang bergerak di bidang kesehatan, khusus nya pembuatan gigi palsu. Salah satu masalah yang sering terjadi pada Laboratorium Oentoe Apik adalah ketergantungan laboratorium dengan sumber listrik PLN. Apabila terjadi gangguan listrik dari PLN maka akan berdampak pada terhambat nya proses pengerjaan gigi palsu. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membuat rancangan teknis PLTS sistem Hybrid di Laboratorium Oentoe Apik Jambi. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif dengan cara mengumpulkan data primer. Dari hasil penelitian, modul surya yang akan digunakan adalah tipe monocrystalline silicon dengan spesifikasi 200 Watt peak per unit sebanyak 127 unit. Baterai yang akan digunakan tipe lithium ion 12 Volt Direct Current (VDC), 100 Ampere hour (Ah) dan Depth of Discgarge (DoD) 80% sebanyak 21 unit. Inverter tipe On-Grid dengan kapasitas 58.000 W 48 V. Solar Charger Control (SCC) tipe MPPT (Maximum Power Point Tracking) dengan kapasitas 4.250 W sebanyak 6 unit. Biaya pembangunan PLTS Rp.446.900.610, biaya operasional dan pemeliharaan yang di asumsikan selama 20 tahun adalah Rp.369.420.000. Total biaya yang dibutuhkan untuk membangun dan mengoperasikan adalah Rp.816.320.610. Kata Kunci : Rancangan, Hybrid, PLTS, Laboratorium. ABSTRACT Oentoe Apik Laboratory is a healthcare-focused laboratory, specifically engaged in the production of dentures. One of the frequent problems faced by Oentoe Apik Laboratory is its dependence on electricity from the state-owned power company (PLN). Any disruption in the PLN electricity supply can hinder the denture production process. This study aims to design a technical plan for a Hybrid Solar Power Plant (PLTS) system at Oentoe Apik Laboratory in Jambi. The method used in this research is a quantitative approach by collecting primary data. Based on the research results, the solar modules to be used are monocrystalline silicon type with a specification of 200 Watt peak per unit, totaling 127 units. The batteries to be used are 12 Volt Direct Current (VDC), 100 Ampere-hour (Ah) lithium-ion type with a Depth of Discharge (DoD) of 80%, totaling 21 units. The inverter is an On-Grid type with a capacity of 58,000 W, 48 V. The Solar Charge Controller (SCC) is of the MPPT (Maximum Power Point Tracking) type with a capacity of 4,250 W, totaling 6 units. The construction cost of the PLTS system is IDR 446,900,610, and the operational and maintenance cost over an assumed 20-year period is IDR 369,420,000.
