Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis penerimaan masyarakat terhadap aplikasi POLRI Super App dengan menggunakan pendekatan Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology (UTAUT). Aplikasi ini merupakan inovasi layanan publik dari institusi kepolisian yang mengintegrasikan berbagai layanan dalam satu platform. Penelitian dilakukan di wilayah Mendalo Darat, Provinsi Jambi dengan menggunakan metode survei kepada 100 responden yang telah menggunakan aplikasi. Data dianalisis menggunakan Structural Equetion Modeling (SEM) berbasis Partial Least Squares (PLS) melalui SmartPLS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dari lima hipotesis utama, hanya dua yang berpengaruh signifikan, yaitu pengaruh sosial terhadap niat perilaku dan niat perilaku terhadap perilaku penggunaan. Sementara itu, ekspektasi kinerja, ekspektasi usaha, dan kondisi pemfasilitasi tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap niat dan perilaku penggunaan. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa faktor sosial memainkan peran penting dalam meningkatkan intensi dan adopsi pengguna terhadap aplikasi, sedangkan faktor teknis dan ketersediaan fasilitas belum cukup mendorong penggunaan aktif. Hasil ini dapat menjadi landasan untuk pengembang strategi peningkatan penerimaan aplikasi POLRI Super App. This study aims to analyze public acceptance of the POLRI Super App using the Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology (UTAUT) approach. The application is a public service innovation developed by the indonesian National Police (POLRI) That integrates various services into a single platform. The research was conducted in the Mendalo Darat area, Jambi Province, using a survey method involving 100 respondents who had used the application. Data were analyzed using Structural Equetion Modeling (SEM) based on Partial Least Squares (PLS) through SmartPLS software. The results show that out of five main hypotheses, only two were found to be significant: social influence on behavioural intention, and behavioural intention on use behavior. Meanwhile, performance expectancy, effort expectancy, and facilitating conditions had no significant effect on intention or actual use. These findings indicate that social factors play a key role in encouraging user adoption of the application, whereas technical factors and available facilities alone are not sufficient to drive active use. This study provides insights that can support strategies for increasing public adoption and satisfaction with the Polri Super App.
