Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh dan dosis terbaik dekanter solid dan fungi mikoriza arbuskular (FMA) terhadap pertumbuhan bibit duku. Metode penelitian terdiri dari satu faktor yaitu kombinasi dekanter solid dan mikoriza dengan 9 taraf perlakuan yaitu : p0 (tanpa perlakuan), p1 (mikoriza 5 g polybag-1), p2 (mikoriza 10 g polybag-1), p3 (dekanter solid 50 g polybag-1), p4 (dekanter solid 50 g polybag-1 + mikoriza 5g polybag-1), p5 (dekanter solid 50 g polybag-1 + mikoriza 10 g polybag-1), p6 (dekanter solid 75 g polybag-1), p7 (dekanter solid 75 g polybag-1 + mikoriza 5 g polybag-1), p8 (dekanter solid 75 g polybag-1 + mikoriza 10 g polybag-1). Data hasil pengamatan diuji menggunakan analisis ragam (ANOVA), dan untuk melihat perbedaan perlakuan digunakan uji DMRT pada taraf α = 5 % (0.05). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemberian dekanter solid + mikoriza berpengaruh nyata terhadap tinggi tanaman, diameter batang, berat kering tajuk, panjang akar, luas daun, dan presentasi infeksi akar. Dosis dekanter solid 75 g polybag-1 + mikoriza 5g bibit-1 merupakan kombinasi terbaik. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect and best dose of solid decanter and arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi (AMF) on the growth of duku seedlings. The research method consisted of one factor, namely a combination of solid decanter and mycorrhiza with 9 treatment levels, namely: p0 (no treatment), p1 (mycorrhiza 5 g polybag-1), p2 (mycorrhiza 10 g polybag-1), p3 (solid decanter 50 g polybag-1), p4 (solid decanter 50 g polybag-1 + mycorrhiza 5g polybag-1), p5 (solid decanter 50 g polybag-1 + mycorrhiza 10 g polybag-1), p6 (solid decanter 75 g polybag-1), p7 (solid decanter 75 g polybag-1 + mycorrhiza 5 g polybag-1), p8 (solid decanter 75 g polybag-1 + mycorrhiza 10 g polybag-1). The observation data were tested using analysis of variance (ANOVA), and to see the difference in treatment, the DMRT test was used at the α level = 5% (0.05). The results showed that the provision of solid decanter + mycorrhiza significantly affected plant height, stem diameter, dry weight of the crown, root length, leaf area, and presentation of root infection. The dose of solid decanter 75 g polybag-1 + mycorrhiza 5g seedlings-1 was the best combination.
