Abstract

Penelitian ini dimaksudkan untuk menganalisis upaya kepala desa dalam upaya meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat Desa Pulau Kecil. Penelitian ini sangat penting karena peran kritikal kepala desa dalam mengembangkan desa, terutama dalam konteks meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode pendekatan kualitatif, dengan mengumpulkan data melalui wawancara mendalam dengan kepala desa, perangkat desa, tokoh masyarakat, dan warga umum. Selain itu, penelitian juga melibatkan observasi partisipatif dan dokumentasi.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa upaya kepala desa Desa Pulau Kecil memiliki beberapa temuan utama. upaya ni karakteristik dengan partisipasi masyarakat dalam proses pengambilan keputusan, visi yang jelas, kemampuan memotivasi, dan inovasi dalam program bantuan. upaya kepala desa ini untuk peningkatan kesejahteraan masyarakat. Kata Kunci: Upaya Kepala Desa Dalam Kesejahteraan Masyarakat his study is intended to analyze the efforts of the village head in an effort to improve the welfare of the people of Pulau Kecil Village. This study is very important because of the critical role of the village head in developing the village, especially in the context of improving the welfare of the community. This study uses a qualitative approach method, by collecting data through in-depth interviews with the village head, village officials, community leaders, and the general public. In addition, the study also involved participatory observation and documentation. The results of the study indicate that the efforts of the village head of Pulau Kecil Village have several main findings. These efforts are characterized by community participation in the decision-making process, a clear vision, the ability to motivate, and innovation in assistance programs.
