Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini ditujukan guna menganalisis pengaruh Dana Desa, Dana Alokasi Umum dan Dana Alokasi Khusus terhadap Indeks Pembangunan Manusia Kabupaten/Kota di Provinsi Jambi pada 10 Kabupaten dan Kota yang ada di Provinsi Jambi selama periode tahun 2017-2023. Data dalam penelitian ini berupa data sekunder, dimana data Dana Desa, Dana Alokasi Umum dan Dana Alokasi Khusus diperoleh dari laporan realisasi Transfer ke Daerah dan Desa (TKDD) Direktorat Jenderal Perimbangan Keuangan Kementerian Keuangan dan data Indeks Pembangunan Manusia bersumber dari Badan Pusat Statistik (BPS) Provinsi Jambi. Analisis data yang diterapkan pada penelitian ini berupa analisis data panel. Diketahui berdasarkan analisis data bahwa secara bersama-sama Dana Desa,Dana Alokasi Umum dan Dana Alokasi Khusus berpengaruh terhadap Indeks Pembangunan Manusia Kabupaten/Kota di Provinsi Jambi. Sementara secara terpisah Dana Desa tidak berpengaruh terhadap Indeks Pembangunan Manusia, sedangkan Dana Alokasi Umum berpengaruh negatif dengan nilai koefisien sebesar -0,02 persen dimana apabila terjadi peningkatan satu persen pada Dana Alokasi Umum akan menurunkan nilai Indeks Pembangunan Manusia sebesar 0,02 persen, sedangkan Dana Alokasi Khusus berpengaruh positif terhadap Indeks Pembangunan Manusia dengan nilai koefisien sebesar 0,04 persen dimana apabila terjadi peningkatan satu persen Dana Alokasi Khusus akan meningkatkan Indeks Pembangunan Manusia sebesar 0,04 persen. Kata kunci : Dana Desa, Dana Alokasi Umum, dana Alokasi Khusus dan Indeks Pembangunan Manusia. ABSTRACT This study aims to analyze the influence of Village Funds, General Allocation Funds and Special Allocation Funds on the Human Development Index of Regencies/Cities in Jambi Province in 10 Regencies and Cities in Jambi Province during the period 2017-2023. The data in this study are secondary data, where data on Village Funds, General Allocation Funds and Special Allocation Funds are obtained from the realization report of Transfers to Regions and Villages (TKDD) of the Directorate General of Fiscal Balance, Ministry of Finance and data on the Human Development Index are sourced from the Central Statistics Agency of Jambi Province. The data analysis applied in this study is in the form of panel data analysis. It is known based on data analysis that together Village Funds, General Allocation Funds and Special Allocation Funds have an effect on the Human Development Index of Regencies/Cities in Jambi Province. Meanwhile, separately, Village Funds do not affect the Human Development Index, while General Allocation Funds have a negative effect with a coefficient value of -0.02 percent where if there is a one percent increase in General Allocation Funds it will decrease the Human Development Index value by 0.02 percent, while Special Allocation Funds have a positive effect on the Human Development Index with a coefficient value of 0.04 percent where if there is a one percent increase in Special Allocation Funds it will increase the Human Development Index by 0.04 percent.
