Abstract

Cooperative capital does not diminish and absure the understanding of cooperatives themselves but in reality that any asosiation that is endgaged in the bussiness, the capital has a verry important position, and therefore the board is required to be more profesional in craying outtheir duthis and responsibility in the managing the cooperative, with a good board skills wiil further exhance the trust and participations of members and axerxicing their raigth and obligations. this reseach was conducted in the village unit cooperative farmers fresh merangin distric. which aims to determine the factor that affect the grouth of capital at farmers fress village unit cooperative.this reseach is a qualitatif deskriftive study in wich researches want to desribe the situasion and condition ofthe factors that influnce the growth of capital in cooperatives farmerrs. the reseach was conducted in KUD in cluded in the KUD tani fresh by the numberof subject or impformant are 4 people are chairman, secretary, treaserand one of the reprecentatif of the employment. the finding suggest thatthe factor the affect cooperative , than the interview is happening in the field of develovment of cooperative capital is also influced by the credit cruch and electricity fee. and at some point in the event the price of the fruit is to cheap or drooped so that could affect the develovment of the cooperative capital. it is sugested that the entire board of the cooperative pay attentions to the factors that affect the cooperative capital, so the develovment of cooperative capital develop poperly. then the board members of the cooperative and all partiest assosiated with landing to the cooperative to be able tp cooperated in the seetlement so that no bad debst.
