Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan: (1) Pengaruh kompetensi dosen terhadap kepuasan mahasiswa, (2) Pengaruh fasilitas belajar terhadap kepuasan mahasiswa, (3) Pengaruh kompetensi dosen dan fasilitas belajar terhadap kepuasan mahasiswa. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan analisis deskriptif. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa pendidikan ekonomi angkatan 2020 yang sedang menyusun skripsi. Populasi dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 62 mahasiswa yang kemudian dijadikan responden dalam penelitian ini. Instrumen dalam penelitian ini berupa angket dengan bantuan google form. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu statistik deskriptif, analisis regresi berganda, uji prasyarat analisis dan uji hipotesis. Hasil analisis data yang diperoleh menjelaskan bahwa: (1) Terdapat pengaruh kompetensi dosen terhadap kepuasan mahasiswa dengan nilai t hitung sebesar 5,784 > t tabel 1,67065, (2) Tedapat Pengaruh fasilitas teman terhadap kepuasan mahasiswa dengan nilai t hitung sebesar 5,463 > t tabel 1,67065, (3) Terdapat pengaruh kompetensi dosen dan fasilitas belajar secara bersama-sama terhadap kepuasan mahasiswa dengan nilai F hitung 25,464 > F tabel 3,15. Hasil koefisien determinasi sebesar 46,3%. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, didapatkan kesimpulan bahwa semua Ha diterima dan H0 ditolak yang berarti terdapat pengaruh variabel kompetensi dosen dan fasilitas belajar terhadap kepuasan mahasiswa secara parsial maupun simultan. Peneliti menyarankan kepada program studi pendidikan ekonomi untuk melakukan berbagai upaya meningkatkan kompetensi dosen, dan memperbaiki serta menyediakan fasilitas belajar yang baik. This research is quantitative research using descriptive analysis. The subjects in this research were economic education students class of 2020 who were writing their thesis. The population in this research was 62 students who were then used as respondents in this research. The instrument in this research is a questionnaire with the help of Google Form. The data analysis techniques used are descriptive statistics, multiple regression analysis, analysis prerequisite tests and hypothesis testing. The results of the analysis of the data obtained explain that: (1) There is an influence of lecturer competence on student satisfaction with a calculated t value of 5.784 > t table 1.67065, (2) There is an influence of friends' facilities on student satisfaction with a calculated t value of 5.463 > t table 1.67065, (3) There is an influence of lecturer competence and learning facilities together on student satisfaction with a calculated F value of 25.464 > F table 3.15. The coefficient of determination results is 46.3%. Based on the research results, it was concluded that all Ha were accepted and H0 was rejected, which means that there was an influence of lecturer competency variables and learning facilities on student satisfaction partially or simultaneously. Researchers suggest that economic education study programs make various efforts to improve lecturer competence, and improve and provide good learning facilities.
