Abstract
ABSTRAK Kusmana, Hana Syifa. 2023. Pengaruh Media Montase Terhadap Kemampuan Klasifikasi Objek Pada Anak Usia 5-6 Tahun di TK Negeri Pembina 2 Kota Jambi: Skripsi, Jurusan PAUD dan Dasar, FKIP Universitas Jambi, Pembimbing: (I) Dr. Indryani, S.Pd., M.Pd.I., (II) Rizki Surya Amanda, M.Pd., Kata kunci: Montase, kemampuan, klasifikasi, anak usia dini, 5-6 tahun Diketahui permasalahan dari 17 anak jumlah murid di kelas B1 terlihat 9 anak masih rendah kognitifnya dalam hal mengelompokkan objek yang ditandai dengan selama pembelajaran berlangsung beberapa anak tidak mengetahui nama objek dan bagian dari kelompok mana objek tersebut seharusnya ditempatkan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah media montase berpengaruh terhadap kemampuan klasifikasi objek untuk anak usia 5-6 tahun di TK Negeri Pembina 2 Kota Jambi. Penelitian ini dilakukan di TK Negeri Pembina 2 Kota Jambi pada September 2022. Menggunakan metode penelitian eksperimen dengan jenis “One Group Pretest-Posttest Design”, yaitu desain penelitian yang terdapat pretest sebelum diberi perlakuan dan posttest setelah diberi perlakuan. Data penelitian diperoleh menggunakan lembar observasi dan dokumentasi. Setelah data didapatkan, data diproses dan disusun secara sistematis dengan cara diorganisasikan kedalam beberapa kategori, dianalisis dan dihitung menggunakan uji normalitas, uji homogenitas dan uji hipotesis, kemudian disimpulkan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa hasil nilai Pre-Test perkembangan kemampuan klasifikasi objek pada anak belum optimal. Jumlah yang tidak tuntas terdapat 9 anak (53%) lalu dilakukan treatment sebanyak tiga kali dan setelah menerima perlakuan (Post-Test) hasilnya 14 anak (82%) sudah mampu bahkan sangat baik (SB). Nilai signifikansi uji hipotesis yang diperoleh adalah (Asym.Sig) < 0.01 < α 0.05, Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima yang berarti terdapat pengaruh dari media Montase terhadap Kemampuan Klasifikasi objek pada anak usia 5-6 tahun di TK Negeri Pembina 2 Kota Jambi. Nilai Effect Size dengan besaran pengaruh >1.00 yang artinya pengaruh sangat kuat (Strong Effect). Pelaksanaan kegiatan montase disarankan untuk tidak dilakukan terus-menerus atau terlalu lama diulang disetiap tema, karena jika tidak divariasi akan membosankan bagi anak. This study aims to find out whether the montage media affects the ability to classify objects for children aged 5-6 years in TK Negeri Pembina 2 Jambi City. This research was conducted at TK Negeri Pembina 2 Jambi City in September 2022. Using an experimental research method with the type "One Group Pretest-Posttest Design", which is a research design that contains pretests before treatment and posttests after treatment. Research data were obtained using observation sheets and documentation. After the data is obtained, the data is processed and arranged systematically by being organized into several categories, analyzed and calculated using normality tests, homogeneity tests and hypothesis tests, then inferred. The results showed that the results of the Pre-Test value of the development of object classification ability in children were not optimal. The number of incomplete children was 9 children (53%) then treated three times and after receiving treatment (Post-Test) the results were 14 children (82%) were able to even very good (SB). The significance value of the hypothesis test obtained was (Asym.Sig) < 0.01 < α 0.05, Ho was rejected and Ha was accepted which means that there is an influence from the Montage media on the Ability to Classify objects in children aged 5-6 years in TK Negeri Pembina 2 Jambi City. Effect Size value with an influence magnitude of >1.00 which means a very strong influence (Strong Effect). The implementation of montage activities is recommended not to be carried out constantly or for too long repeated in each theme, because if it is not varied it will be boring for the child.
