Abstract

Peran dan fungsi kepala ruangan diruang rawat dalam fungsi manajemen keperawatan antara lain perencanaan, pengorganisasian, pengarahan, dan pengawasan yang merupakan satu siklus yang saling berkaitan satu sama lain. Hasil wawancara dengan ketua tim dan perawat pelaksana serta observasi yang dilakukan penulis di Ruang Lamda Rumah Sakit jiwa Daerah Provinsi Jambi Tahun 2023 dimana dalam penerapan Manajemen keperawatan tentang Fungsi manajemen Kepala Ruangan yang masih belum berjalan dengan Optimal yaitu pelaksanaan Fungsi Pengawasan terkait dengan Supervisi karena hal ini dapat berpengaruh dengan mutu pelayanan. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengoptimalkan Fungsi pengawasan terkait supervisi di Ruang Lamda RSJD Provinsi Jambi Tahun 2023. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan teknik total sampling. Jumlah sample dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 12 orang, pengumpulan data di peroleh melalui wawancara, observasi dan kuesioner. Setelah dilakukan implementasi keperawatan yaitu desiminasi ilmu dan penerapan role play tentang Supervisi terlihat adanya peningkatan pengetahuan perawat di Ruang Lamda RSJD Provinsi Jambi. Untuk itu diharapkan kepada pihak rumah sakit dapat mengikuti standar operasional prosedur dalam meningkatkan mutu pelayanan. The roles and functions of the head of the ward in the nursing management function include planning, organizing, directing, and supervising which are a cycle that are interrelated to one another. The results of interviews with the team leader and implementing nurse as well as observations made by the author in the Lamda Room of the Jambi Provincial Mental Hospital in 2023 where in the application of nursing management regarding the management function of the head of the room which is still not running optimally, namely the implementation of the Oversight Function related to Supervision because of this can affect the quality of service. The purpose of this study was to optimize the oversight function related to supervision in the Lampda Room of the Jambi Provincial Hospital in 2023. This research is a quantitative study using a total sampling technique. The number of samples in this study were 12 people. Data collection was obtained through interviews, observation and questionnaires. After the implementation of nursing, namely the dissemination of knowledge and the application of role play regarding Supervision, it was seen that there was an increase in the knowledge of nurses in the Lambda Room of the Jambi Provincial Hospital. For this reason, it is hoped that the hospital can follow standard operating procedures in improving service quality.
