Abstract

Abstrak Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Self Efficacy dan Entrepreneurship Skill Terhadap Kualitas Pelayanan Anggota BUMDES (Badan Usaha Milik Desa) di desa Bulian Jaya Kabupaten Batanghari. Metode penelitian menggunakan jenis penelitian kuantitatif yaitu data yang dikumpulkan dan dinyatakan dalam bentuk angka-angka. Variabel bebas dalam penelitian ini adalah lf efficacy (X1), dan entrepreneurship skill (X2). Dalam penelitian ini yang menjadi variabel terikat adalah kualitas pelayanan anggota (Y). Mengingat jumlah populasi di bawah 100, maka jumlah seluruh populasi di jadikan sampel 34 orang. untuk variabel lf efficacy (X1) t hitung sebesar 4.218 dibandingkan dengan t tabel dk= n-1 = 33 maka t tabel = 1,6924 dengan sig = 0,00 maka Ho ditolak, dengan kata lain self efficacy berpengaruh terhadap kualitas pelayanan anggota BUMDes (badan usaha milik desa) di Desa Bulian Jaya Kabupaten Batanghari , ini berarti H1 diterima. untuk variabel entrepreneurship skill (X2) t hitung sebesar 9.471 dibandingkan dengan t tabel dk= n-1 = 62 maka t tabel = 1,6924 dengan sig = 0,00 maka Ho ditolak, dengan kata lain pengaruh entrepreneurship skill berpengaruh terhadap kualitas pelayanan anggota BUMDes . ini berarti H2 diterima. secara simultan besarnya F hitung untuk model regresi ini adalah 3,762 dengan harga signifikansi sebesar 0,012. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa nilai F yang diperoleh tersebut signifikan karena harga signifikansinya yang diperoleh kurang dari 0,05 yang berarti bahwa Ho ditolak dan menerima Ha. Dengan diterimanya Ha, berarti ada pengaruh self efficacy dan entrepreneurship skill terhadap kualitas pelayanan anggota BUMDes (badan usaha milik desa) di Desa Bulian Jaya Kabupaten Batanghari. Abstract: The purpose of this study was to determine the Effect of Self Efficacy and Entrepreneurship Skills on the Service Quality of BUMDES Members (Village Owned Enterprises) in Bulian Jaya Village, Batanghari Regency. The research method uses a type of quantitative research, namely data collected and expressed in the form of numbers. The independent variables in this study are lf efficacy (X1) and entrepreneurship skills (X2). In this study, the dependent variable is the service quality of members (Y). Considering that the total population is below 100, the total population is used as a sample, namely 34 people. The results of this study for the lf efficacy variable (X1) t count equal to 4,218 compared to t table dk = n-1 = 33 then t table = 1.6924 with sig = 0.00 then Ho is rejected, in other words self efficacy affects service quality for BUMDes members (village-owned enterprises) in Bulian Jaya Village, Batanghari Regency, this means that H1 is accepted. for the entrepreneurship skill variable (X2) t count is 9,471 compared to t table dk = n-1 = 62 then t table = 1.6924 with sig = 0.00 then Ho is rejected, in other words the influence of entrepreneurship skills affects the quality of member service BUMDes. this means H2 is accepted. Simultaneously, the calculated F for this regression model is 3.762 with a significance value of 0.012. This shows that the F value obtained is significant because the significance value obtained is less than 0.05, which means that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. By accepting Ha, it means that there is an influence of self-efficacy and entrepreneurship skills on the quality of service for BUMDes members (village-owned enterprises) in Bulian Jaya Village, Batanghari Regency.
