Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh partisipasi anggaran terhadap kinerja manajerial dengan komitmen organisasi, locus of control dan desentralisasi sebagai variabel moderasi pada PT. Pos Indonesia Kota Jambi. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian survei dengan menyebarkan kuesioner secara online kepada responden. Sampel yang diambil adalah 67 karyawan PT. Pos Indonesia Kota Jambi. Data yang telah dikumpulkan untuk dianalisis dengan metode menganalisis data. Kemudian asumsi klasik diuji terlebih dahulu sebelum pengujian hipotesis. Pengujian hipotesis menggunakan analisis regresi yang dimoderasi (MRA) dengan uji t, uji F dan uji koefisien determinasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa partisipasi anggaran berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja manajerial. Komitmen organisasi, locus of control dan desentralisasi secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap hubungan partisipasi anggaran dan kinerja manajerial. Sedangkan komitmen organisasi, locus of control dan desentralisasi tidak mampu memoderasi hubungan partisipasi anggaran terhadap kinerja manajerial. Kata Kunci: Partisipasi Anggaran, Komitmen Organisasi, Locus Of Control, Desentralisasi, Dan Kinerja Manajerial ABSTRACT This research aims to determine the effect of budget participation on managerial performance with organizational commitment, locus of control and decentralization as moderating variables at PT. Pos Indonesia Jambi City. This research is a survey research by distributing questionnaires online to respondents. The sample taken was 67 employees at PT. Pos Indonesia Jambi City. Data that has been collected for analysis with method of analyzing data. Then the classical assumptions are tested before testing the hypothesis. Hypothesis testing uses moderated regression analysis (MRA) with t tes, F test and coefficient of determination test. The research result show that budget participation has a significant effect on managerial performance. Organizational commitment, locus of control and decentralization simultaneously have a significant effect on the relationship between budget participation and managerial performance. Meanwhile, organizational commitment, locus of control and decentralization are not able to moderate the relationship between budget participation and managerial performance.
