Abstract
ABSTRACT Jambi City is one of the cities that implements the e-KTP service program. In the success of the e-KTP service, the effectiveness of employee performance has a big in fluence so that employee performance is highly demanded in providing services to the community. In the last few years, the creation ofe- KTP in Jambi City can be said to be successful, this is proven by the number of residents who already have e-KTPs in Jambi City, so the effectiveness of employee performance has been going well, but there are still several obstacles in making e-KTPs. Such as during the Covid-19 period where employees experienced difficulties in providing services because they had to comply with health protocols which prohibited providing services face to face, but the Jambi City Population and Civil Registration Service was able to overcome this by making e-KTPs online, this made it easier for the public to e-KTP printing. The Jambi City Population and Civil Registration Service also always in novates in providing e-KTP making services, one of which is a pick-up and drop-off program which is intended for people who experience difficulties in arranging e-KTP making. Keywords: service effectiveness, employee performance in making e-KTP INTISARI Kota Jambi merupakan salah satu kota yang menerapkan pelayan program pembuatan e-KTP, dalam keberhasilan pelayanan pembuatan e-KTP efektivitas kinerja pegawai sangatlah berpengaruh besar sehingga kinerja pegawai sangatlah dituntut dalam memberikan pelayanan kepada masyrakat. Dalam beberapa tahun terakhir pembuatan e-KTP kota jambi dapat dikatakan berhasil, hal ini dibuktikan dengan jumlah penduduk yang sudah memiliki e- KTP di KotaJambi, dengan begitu efektivitas kinerja pegawai sudah berjalan dengan baik, namun masih terdapat beberapa kendala dalam pembuatan e-KTP seperti waktu masa Covid-19 dimana para pegawai mengalami kesulitan dalam memberikan pelayanan dikarnakan harus mematuhi protocol kesehatan yang melarang memberikan pelayanan secara tatap muka, namun Dinas Kependudukan Dan Pencatatan Sipil Kota Jambi mampu mengatasi dengan melakukan pembuatan e-KTP secara online hal ini memudahkan masyarakat dalam pencetakan e-KTP. Dinas Kependudukan Dan Pencatatan Sipil Kota Jambi juga selalu berinovasi dalam memberikan pelayanan pembuatan e-KTP salah satunya program jemput bola yang diperuntukan untuk masyrakat yang mengalami kesulitan dalam pengurusan pembuatan e-KTP.
