Abstract

Motivasi belajar merupakan faktor penting dalam meningkatkan prestasi dan hasil belajar siswa disekolah, motivasi belajar adalah dorongan dalam diri sesorang untuk bertindak dan melakukan sesuatu. Berdasarkan penelitian terdahulu, diketahui bahwa kecerdasan interpersonal dan growth mindset berpengaruh terhadap motivasi belajar. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat pengaruh kecerdasan interpersonal dan growth mindset terhadap motivasi belajar dalam kurikulum merdeka kelas VII & VIII SMP Adyaksa 1 Jambi, secara parsial maupun simultan. Penelitian dilakukan di SMP Adyaksa 1 Jambi pada bulan Desember 2023. Penelitin menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data observasi, dokumentasi dan angket. Teknik pengambilan sampel yaitu sampel jenuh dengan total 79 responden. Setelah angket disebar dan dikembalikan maka data dianalisi secara kuantitatif yaitu analisis deskriptif, uji normalitas, uji linieritas, uji multikolioneritas, uji heterokedastisitas, analisis regresi berganda, uji parsial, uji simultan, dan koefisien determinan simultan. Berdasarkan hasil yang diperoleh menujukan bahwa: (1) terdapat pengaruh kecerdasan interpersonal terdapat motivasi belajar, dapat dilihat pada nilai thitung lebih besar daripada ttabel yaitu 8,713 > 1,665. (2) terdapat pengaruh growth mindset terhadap motivasi, dapat dilihat pada nilai thitung lebih besar daripada ttabel yaitu 4,795 >1,665. (3) terdapat pengaruh kecerdasan interpersonal dan growth mindset terdapat motivasi belajar, dapat dilihat pada nilai Fhitung lebih besar daripada Ftabel yaitu 48,925 > 3,117 dan nilai koefisien determinan simultan (R2) sebesar 0,551 yang artinya kontribusi variabel kecerdasan interpersonal dan growth mindset terhadap motivasi belajar sebesar 55,1% sedangkan 44,9% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak dijelaskan dalam penelitian ini.Berdasarkan hasil penelitian disimpulkan bahwa kecerdasan interpersonal dan growth mindset berpengaruh terhadap motivasi belajar dalam kurikulum merdeka kelas VII & VIII SMP Adyaksa 1 Jambi. Learning motivation is an important factor in improving student achievement and learning outcomes at school. Learning motivation is the urge within a person to act and do something. Based on previous research, it is known that interpersonal intelligence and growth mindset influence learning motivation. This research aims to determine whether there is an influence of interpersonal intelligence and growth mindset on learning motivation in the independent curriculum for classes VII & VIII of SMP Adyaksa 1 Jambi, partially or simultaneously. The research was conducted at SMP Adyaksa 1 Jambi in December 2023. The research used observation, documentation and questionnaire data collection techniques. The sampling technique was a saturated sample with a total of 79 respondents. After the questionnaire was distributed and returned, the data was analyzed quantitatively, namely descriptive analysis, normality test, linearity test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, multiple regression analysis, partial test, simultaneous test, and simultaneous determinant coefficient. Based on the results obtained, it shows that: (1) there is an influence of interpersonal intelligence on learning motivation, which can be seen in the tcount value which is greater than ttable, namely 8.713 > 1.665. (2) there is an influence of growth mindset on motivation, which can be seen from the tcount value being greater than ttable, namely 4.795 > 1.665. (3) there is an influence of interpersonal intelligence and growth mindset on learning motivation, which can be seen from the Fcount value being greater than Ftable, namely 48.925 > 3.117 and the simultaneous determinant coefficient (R2) value of 0.551, which means that the contribution of the interpersonal intelligence and growth mindset variables to learning motivation is equal to 55.1% while 44.9% was influenced by other variables not explained in this research. Based on the research results, it was concluded that interpersonal intelligence and growth mindset influence learning motivation in the independent curriculum for classes VII & VIII of SMP Adyaksa 1 Jambi.
