Abstract
Latar Belakang: Minat kunjung ulang pasien berpengaruh terhadap apa yang dirasakan dan sesuai dengan yang diharapkan. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui hubungan antara nilai pasien dan kepuasan pasien dengan minat kunjung ulang pasien di Puskesmas Sengeti Muaro Jambi. Metode: Desain Cross Sectional dengan jumlah sampel 105 yang dipilih menggunakan Teknik Accidental Sampling. Variable X1 pada penelitian ini adalah nilai pasien, X2 adalah kepuasan pasien. Sedangkan variabel Y ialah minat kunjung ulang. Analisis chi-square. Pengumpulan data dengan kuesioner dengan wawancara. Hasil: Distribusi minat kunjung ulang pasien rawat jalan di Puskesmas Sengeti Muaro Jambi tahun 2024 sebanyak 71 responden dengan persentase sebesar 67,6% sedangkan yang tidak melakukan kunjung ulang sebanyak 34 responden dengan persentase sebesar 32,4%. Distribusi pada nilai pasien di Puskesmas Sengeti Muaro Jambi tahun 2024 sebanyak 59 responden dengan presentase 56,2%, sedangkan yang menilai kurang baik sebanyak 46 responden dengan persentase sebesar 43,8%. Dan distribusi dari kepuasan pasien di Puskesmas Sengeti Muaro Jambi tahun 2024 sebanyak 66 responden dengan presentase 62,9%, sedangkan yang menilai kurang puas sebanyak 39 responden dengan persentase sebesar 37,1%. Kesimpulan: Dapat disimpulkan ada hubungan antara nilai pasien dan kepuasan pasien dengan minat kunjung ulang pasien di puskesmas Sengeti Muaro Jambi. The aim of this research is to determine the relationship between patient value and patient satisfaction and patient interest in returning to the Sengeti Muaro Jambi community health center. The distribution of patient scores at the Sengeti Muaro Jambi Community Health Center in 2024 was 59 respondents with a percentage of 56.2%, while those who rated it as poor were 46 respondents with a percentage of 43.8%. And the distribution of patient satisfaction at the Sengeti Muaro Jambi Community Health Center in 2024 was 66 respondents with a percentage of 62.9%, while those who considered them less satisfied were 39 respondents with a percentage of 37.1%. Conclusion: it can be concluded that there is a relationship between patient interest in returning to the Sengeti Muaro Jambi health center.
