Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan impelementasi model Problem Based Learning untuk meningkatkan keaktifan belajar peserta didik pada pembelajaran matematika di kelas IV SDN 182/I Hutan Lindung dan mendeskripsikan keaktifan belajar siswa dalam pembelajaran matematika materi bilangan cacah setelah menggunakan model Problem Based Learning di kelas IV SDN 182/I Hutan Lindung. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK) yang dilaksanakan sebanyak dua siklus, dengan empat tahap yaitu perencanaan, pelaksanaan, pengamatan, dan refleksi. Proses penelitian ini dimulai dengan cara observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Data dianalisis secara kuantitatif dan kualitatif. Hasil penelitian mengenai implementasi model Problem Based Learning mampu meningkatkan keaktifan belajar peserta didik pada pembelajaran matematika materi bilangan cacah. Hasil yang diperoleh keaktifan belajar peserta didik pada siklus I pertemuan I yaitu sebesar 48, 75% dengan kategori kurang aktif dan pertemuan II yaitu sebesar 57,89% dengan kategori cukup aktif. Pada siklus II pertemuan I meningkat menjadi 65,26% dengan kategori cukup aktif dan pertemuan II juga mengalami peningkatan menjadi 74,43% dengan kategori aktif. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa implementasi model Problem Based Learning dapat meningkatkan keaktifan belajar peserta didik pada pembelajaran matematika di kelas IV SDN 182/I Hutan Lindung. This research aims to describe the implementation of the Problem Based Learning model to increase students' active learning in mathematics learning in class IV at SDN 182/I Hutan Lindung and to describe students' active learning in learning mathematics in whole number material after using the Problem Based Learning model in class IV at SDN 182 /I Protected Forest. This research is classroom action research (PTK) which was carried out in two cycles, with four stages, namely planning, implementation, observation and reflection. This research process began with observation, interviews and documentation. Data was analyzed quantitatively and qualitatively. The results of research regarding the implementation of the Problem Based Learning model are able to increase students' learning activeness in learning mathematics with whole number material. The results obtained were that students' learning activity in cycle I, meeting I, was 48.75% in the less active category and meeting II was 57.89% in the quite active category. In cycle II, meeting I increased to 65.26% in the quite active category and meeting II also increased to 74.43% in the active category. Based on the results of this research, it can be concluded that the implementation of the Problem Based Learning model can increase students' active learning in mathematics learning in class IV at SDN 182/I Hutan Lindung.
