Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk (1) mendeskripsikan prosedur pengembangan bahan ajar berbantuan aplikasi Canva menggunakan pendekatan Contextual Teaching and Learning (CTL) dalam pembelajaran matematika kelas IV Sekolah Dasar, (2) mendeskripsikan tingkat kevalidan produk pengembangan bahan ajar berbantuan aplikasi Canva menggunakan pendekatan Contextual Teaching and Learning(CTL) dalam pembelajaran matematika kelas IV Sekolah Dasar, dan (3) mendeskripsikan tingkat kepraktisan produk pengembangan bahan ajar berbantuan aplikasi Canva menggunakan pendekatan Contextual Teaching and Learning (CTL) dalam pembelajaran matematika kelas IV Sekolah Dasar. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian pengembangan atau research and development (R&D) dengan menggunakan model ADDIE (analysis, design, development, implementation, dan evaluation). Penelitian dilaksanakan di kelas IV SD Negeri 121/I Muara Singoan pada bulan Februari 2025. Data penelitian diperoleh melalui angket validasi yang ditujukan kepada validator ahli materi, ahli media, dan ahli bahasa, serta angket respon guru dan peserta didik. Setelah itu, data dianalisis untuk mendapatkan hasil kevalidan dan kepraktisan dari produk bahan ajar yang telah dikembangkan. Hasil penelitian dan pengembangan ini berupa bahan ajar berbantuan aplikasi Canva menggunakan pendekatan Contextual Teaching and Learning (CTL) dalam pembelajaran matematika kelas IV Sekolah Dasar dengan model ADDIE yang memiliki tahapan prosedur pengembangan berupa analysis, design, development, implementation, dan evaluation. Hasil validasi oleh ahli materi memperoleh skor rata-rata 4,4 dengan kategori sangat valid. Hasil validasi oleh ahli media memperoleh skor dengan rata-rata 4,8 dengan kategori sangat valid, dan hasil validasi oleh ahli bahasa memperoleh skor dengan rata-rata 4,7 dengan kategori sangat valid. Hasil kepraktisan bahan ajar dari angket respon guru dengan skor rata-rata 4,9 dalam kategori sangat praktis, dan hasil angket respon peserta didik dengan skor rata-rata 4,89 dalam kategori sangat praktis. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah pengembangan bahan ajar berbantuan aplikasi Canva menggunakan pendekatan Contextual Teaching and Learning(CTL) dalam pembelajaran matematika kelas IV Sekolah Dasar telah sesuai prosedur model pengembangan ADDIE dan telah memenuhi kriteria kevalidan serta kepraktisan berupa sangat valid dan sangat praktis. This study aims to (1) describe the procedure for developing teaching materials assisted by the Canva application using the Contextual Teaching and Learning (CTL) approach in mathematics learning for grade IV elementary school students, (2) describe the level of validity of the developed teaching materials assisted by the Canva application using the CTL approach in mathematics learning for grade IV elementary school students, and (3) describe the level of practicality of the developed teaching materials assisted by the Canva application using the CTL approach in mathematics learning for grade IV elementary school students. This research is a development research or Research and Development (R&D) using the ADDIE model (analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation). The research was conducted in grade IV of SD Negeri 121/I Muara Singoan in February 2025. Research data were obtained through validation questionnaires addressed to material experts, media experts, and language experts, as well as response questionnaires from teachers and students. After that, the data were analyzed to obtain the results of the validity and practicality of the developed teaching materials. The results of this research and development are in the form of teaching materials assisted by the Canva application using the CTL approach in mathematics learning for grade IV elementary school students with the ADDIE model which has a procedure development stage consisting of analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. The validation results from material experts obtained an average score of 4.4 with a very valid category. The validation results from media experts obtained an average score of 4.8 with a very valid category, and the validation results from language experts obtained an average score of 4.7 with a very valid category. The practicality of the teaching materials from the teacher response questionnaire obtained an average score of 4.9 in the very practical category, and the results of the student response questionnaire obtained an average score of 4.89 in the very practical category. The conclusion of this study is that the development of teaching materials assisted by the Canva application using the CTL approach in mathematics learning for grade IV elementary school students has followed the ADDIE development model procedures and has met the validity and practicality criteria in the form of very valid and very practical.
