Abstract

Latar Belakang : Pelayanan Antenatal Care (ANC) Terpadu merupakan pelayanan kesehatan untuk ibu hamil yang didasarkan pada standar 10T. Tujuan utamanya ialah menurunkan AKI, AKB serta probabilitas ibu dan anak. Bidan memegang peranan penting sehingga kinerja bidan sangat berpengaruh terhadap kualitas pelayanan ANC Terpadu. Di Kota Jambi, cakupan pelayanan ANC Terpadu di Puskesmas belum mencapai target standar pelayanan minimal yaitu 100%. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang berhubungan dengan kinerja bidan pada pelayanan Antenatal Care (ANC) Terpadu di Puskesmas kota Jambi tahun 2024. Metode : Menggunakan jenis penelitian kuantitatif dengan studi cross sectional. Populasinya adalah seluruh bidan di Puskesmas Kota Jambi tahun 2023 sebanyak 257 bidan dengan jumlah sampel 70 responden. Uji analisis yang digunakan yaitu uji chi-square (95% CI). Hasil : Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan tidak ada hubungan antara pengalaman kerja dengan kinerja bidan pada pelayanan Antenatal Care (ANC) Terpadu dengan hasil p-value = 0,186, ada hubungan motivasi dengan kinerja bidan pada pelayanan ANC Terpadu dengan p-value = 0,032, ada hubungan kepemimpinan institusi dengan kinerja bidan pada pelayanan ANC Terpadu dengan p-value = 0,016. Kesimpulan : Ada hubungan antara Motivasi dan Kepemimpinan Institusi dengan kinerja bidan pada Pelayanan ANC Terpadu, sedangkan Pengalaman Kerja tidak memiliki hubungan dengan kinerja bidan pada pelayanan ANC Terpadu. Selain itu Puskesmas diharapkan dapat memperhatikan bagaimana gaya kepemimpinan yang digunakan karena gaya kepemimpinan juga akan mempengaruhi motivasi bidan dalam bekerja Kata Kunci : Kinerja, Bidan, Antenatal Care (ANC), Terpadu, Ibu Hamil Background: Integrated Antenatal Care (ANC) is a health service for pregnant women based on the 10T standard. Midwives play an important role so that the performance of midwives greatly affects the quality of Integrated ANC services. In Jambi City, the coverage of Integrated ANC services at the Puskesmas has not reached the minimum service standard target of 100%. This study aims to determine the factors associated with the performance of midwives in Integrated Antenatal Care (ANC) services at the Jambi City Health Center in 2024. Methods: sing quantitative research with a cross sectional study. The population was all midwives at the Jambi City Health Center in 2023 as many as 257 midwives with a sample size of 70 respondents. The analysis test used was the chi-square test (95% CI). Results: The results of this study indicate that there is no relationship between work experience and midwife performance on Integrated Antenatal Care (ANC) services with the results of p-value = 0.186, there is a relationship between motivation and midwife performance on Integrated ANC services with p-value = 0.032, there is a relationship between institutional leadership and midwife performance on Integrated ANC services with p-value = 0.016.. Conclusion: There is a relationship between Motivation and Institutional Leadership with midwives' performance on Integrated ANC Services, while Work Experience has no relationship with midwives' performance on Integrated ANC services. In addition, the health center is expected to pay attention to how the leadership style is used because the leadership style will also affect the motivation of midwives at work.
