Abstract
This study aims to determine the effect of lecturer competence, learning facilities, and student satisfaction on the academic achievement of students in the Educational Administration Study Program, University of Jambi. This study uses a quantitative approach with a survey method. Data were collected through questionnaires and data analysis was carried out using a measurement model (outer model) and a structural model (inner model) using the SmartPLS application. The population in this study were students of the Educational Administration Study Program, University of Jambi, Class of 2021 and 2022. The results of the study showed that: (1) lecturer competence has a positive and significant effect on student academic achievement, with a p-value of 0.036 <0.05 and a T-statistic of 2.099> 1.96; (2) learning facilities also have a positive and significant effect, with a p-value of 0.000 <0.05 and a T-statistic of 3.806> 1.96; (3) Student satisfaction is proven to be an important factor in improving academic achievement, with a p-value of 0.033 < 0.05 and T-statistics of 2.140 > 1.96. Simultaneously, these three variables contribute significantly to student academic achievement, indicated by the R-square value of 0.565, which means that 56.5% of the variability in academic achievement can be explained by these three factors. This finding confirms the importance of improving the quality of lecturers, providing adequate learning facilities, and paying attention to student satisfaction as strategic efforts in improving academic achievement.
