Abstract
This study aims to analyze the effect of physical work environment and non-physical work environment on employee performance with job satisfaction as an intervening variable at the One-Stop Investment and Integrated Service Office of Jambi Province. The method used is a quantitative approach with PLS-SEM analysis technique. Respondents in this study were employees at the Jambi Province DPMPTSP totaling 52 people. This study uses descriptive verification and statistical analysis methods, validity tests, reliability tests, multicollinearity tests, heteroscedasticity tests, normality tests, correlation tests, coefficient of determination, t-tests, path analysis and calculation of influence. The results show that the physical work environment has a positive but not significant effect on employee performance. The non-physical work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Job satisfaction has a positive but not significant effect on employee performance. The physical work environment does not significantly affect job satisfaction, while the non-physical work environment has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. Job satisfaction does not significantly mediate the relationship between the physical work environments and employee performance. Job satisfaction does not significantly mediate the relationship between non-physical work environments and employee performance.
