Abstract
Penelitian ini merancang antarmuka pengguna dan pengalaman pengguna untuk website Sistem Informasi Layanan Teknologi Informatika Komunikasi guna mendukung pelayanan Organisasi Perangkat Daerah di Pemerintah Kota Jambi. Menggunakan metode Activity Centered Design, penelitian berfokus pada aktivitas utama pengguna dalam proses inventarisasi dan permohonan layanan TIK. Tahapan meliputi analisis kebutuhan, pembuatan wireframe, desain antarmuka dengan Figma, serta evaluasi melalui usability testing menggunakan Maze dan kuesioner System Usability Scale. Delapan responden terlibat dalam pengujian, menghasilkan skor SUS sebesar 74,5 untuk organisasi perangkat daerah, 77,5 untuk super admin, dan 88,75 untuk admin dengan kategori Excellent. Hasil Maze menunjukkan tingkat keberhasilan dan efisiensi tugas yang tinggi. Secara keseluruhan, desain antarmuka SILANTIK dinilai efektif dalam meningkatkan efisiensi pelayanan digital serta memberikan pengalaman pengguna yang optimal. Kata kunci: Activity-Centered Design; Maze; UI/UX; System Usability Scale This study designed the user interface and user experience for the Information Technology Communication Services Information System website to support the services of Regional Apparatus Organizations in the Jambi City Government. Using the Activity-Centered Design method, the study focused on the main activities of users in the process of inventorying and requesting ICT services. The stages include needs analysis, wireframe creation, interface design with Figma, and evaluation through usability testing using Maze and the System Usability Scale questionnaire. Eight respondents participated in the testing, resulting in a SUS score of 74.5 for regional apparatus organizations, 77.5 for super admins, and 88.75 for admins in the Excellent category. The Maze results showed a high level of task success and efficiency. Overall, the SILANTIK interface design was considered effective in improving the efficiency of digital services and providing an optimal user experience.
