Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis persepsi masyarakat terhadap lembaga keuangan syariah pada masyarakat Kecamatan Tengah Ilir, Kabupaten Tebo, Provinsi Jambi. Adapun sumber data pada penelitian ini adalah sumber data primer. Penelitian ini menggunakan sampel sebanyak 99 responden yang diambil dari penduduk Kecamatan Tengah Ilir, Kabupaten Tebo, Provinsi Jambi yang berjumlah 27.043 jiwa. Metode penarikan sampel yang digunakan adalah metode Slovin dan Cluster Random Sampling. Metode pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan kuesioner dan wawancara. Selanjutnya data dari responden di uji validitas dan reliabelitasnya menggunakan SPSS 16.0. Metode analisis data yang digunakan yaitu deskriptif kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Alat analisis data yang digunakan yaitu menggunakan skala likert dengan analisis skor rata-rata (mean) dan tabulasi sederhana. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa rata-rata keseluruhan responden menilai setiap pernyataan kuesioner dengan skor 3. Jadi, persepsi masyarakat Kecamatan Tengah Ilir terhadap lembaga keuangan syariah dinilai cukup baik. Kata Kunci : Persepsi Masyarakat, Lembaga Keuangan Syariah ABSTRACT This study aims to analyze public perceptions of Syariah financial intitutions in the community of Tengah Ilir District, Tebo Regency, Jambi Province. The data source in this study is the primary data source. This study used a sample of 99 respondents taken from the entire population of Tengah Ilir District, Tebo Regency, Jambi Province, which numbered 27.043 people. The sampling method used was the Slovin and Cluster Random Sampling. Data collection methods in this study using questionnnaries and interviews. Furthermore, the data from the respondents were tested for validity and reliability using SPSS 16.0. The data analysis methods used were qualitative descriptive and quantitative. The data analysis tool used is a likert scale with average score (mean) and simple tabulation. The results of this study show that the overall average respondents rated each statement on questionnaire with a score 3. So, the perceptions of the people of Tengah Ilir sub-district towards syariah financial institutions is considered quite good. Keyword : Public Perceptions, Syariah financial Institutions
