Abstract

Guna memenuhi standar nasional pendidikan yang ada di Indonesia, maka dibutuhkan manajemen yang baik dalam satuan pendidikan. Sehingga, perlunya dilakukan analisis seberapa signifikan pengaruh manajemen pengelolaan pendidikan terhadap hasil belajar, terkhusus pada mata pelajaran kimia. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa signifikan pengaruh kualitas manajemen pengelolaan pendidikan yang diterapkan di Lembaga Bimbingan Belajar Ganesha Operation terhadap hasil belajar kimia peserta didik kelas XI IPA SMA. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian ex-post facto. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif deskriptif. Adapun instrumen penelitian yang digunakan yaitu angket dan dokumen. Angket digunakan untuk mengetahui seberapa signifikan pengeruh manajemen pengelolaan pendidikan yang diterapkan sedangkan dokumen digunakan untuk mengetahui hasil belajar peserta didik pada mata pelajaran kimia kelas XI IPA SMA. Hasil dari penelitian ini diperoleh perhitungan signifikansi (sig. = 0,200) lebih besar jika dibandingkan (α = 0,05). Sehingga data yang diperoleh pada variabel manajemen pengelolaan yang diterapkan tergolong normal. Nilai Fhitung = 59,764 dan Ftabel = 4,10 sehinga Fhitung > Ftabel (59,764 > 4,10) dan nilai probabilitas = 0,000 sehingga model sudah tepat dan dapat diterima. Hal ini sesuai dengan syarat uji linearitas yaitu apabila nilai probabilitas < 0,05 maka dapat diterima. Dalam penelitian ini diperoleh thitung = 7,731 dan ttebal = 1,685. Jadi thitung > ttabel (7,731 > 1,685). Dapat juga dengan membandingkan nilai signifikasi 0,000 < 0,05. Ini berarti Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima atau dapat dimaknai bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan pada manajemen pengelolaan pendidikan yang diterapkan terhadap hasil belajar kimia. R (Koefisisen regresi) = 0,782. Sedangkan R square (R2) sebesar 0,611 atau 61,1% sedangkan sisanya diterangkan oleh faktor lain. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengeruh yang signifikan pada manajemen pengelolaan pendidikan yang diterapkan di Lembaga Bimbingan Belajar Ganesha Operation terhadap hasil belajar peserta didik pada mata pelajaran kimia. In order to meet the national standards of education in Indonesia, good management is needed in the education unit. Thus, it is necessary to analyze how significant the influence of education management has on learning outcomes, especially in chemistry subjects. This study aims to determine how significant the influence of the quality of education management applied at the Ganesha Operation Guidance Institute on the chemistry learning outcomes of students in class XI IPA SMA. This research is an ex-post facto research type. This research method uses descriptive quantitative methods. The research instruments used are questionnaires and documents. Questionnaires are used to determine how significant the influence of applied education management is, while documents are used to determine student learning outcomes in high school chemistry class XI IPA. The results of this study obtained that the calculation of significance (sig. = 0.200) is greater than (α = 0.05). So that the data obtained on the management variables applied are classified as normal. The value of Fcount = 59.764 and Ftable = 4.10 so that Fcount > Ftable (59.764 > 4.10) and the probability value = 0.000 so that the model is correct and acceptable. This is in accordance with the requirements of the linearity test, namely if the probability value is <0.05 then it is acceptable. In this study obtained tcount = 7.731 and ttebal = 1.685. So tcount > ttable (7.731 > 1.685). Can also compare the significance value of 0.000 <0.05. This means that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted or it can be interpreted that there is a positive and significant influence on the education management applied to chemistry learning outcomes. R (regression coefficient) = 0.782. While R square (R2) is 0.611 or 61.1% while the rest is explained by other factors. Based on the results of the study, it was concluded that there was a significant influence on the management of education management applied at the Ganesha Operations Guidance Institute on student learning outcomes in chemistry subjects.
