Abstract

ABSTRAK - Tujuan penelitian adalah menghitung nilai OEE mesin screw press di PT. Rigunas Agri Utama selama 3 kuartal dan mengetahui faktor-faktor penyebab rendahnya nilai OEE yang dihasilkan mesin screw press di PT. Rigunas Agri Utama. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode survey dan menerapkan TPM dengan menggunakan metode OEE, menganalisa six big losses dan diagram sebab akibat dari hasil OEE yang diperoleh. Data yang dibutuhkan yaitu selama tiga kuartal. Kuartal satu bulan September-Desember2021, kuartal dua bulan Januari-April 2022, dan kuartal tiga bulan Mei-Agustus 2022. Nilai rata-rata Overall Equipment Effeciveness mesin screw press di PT. Rigunas Agri Utama selama 3 kuartal adalah 78,006%, dengan nilai tertinggi 85,532% kuartal kedua dan nilai terendah 73,557% kuartal ketiga. Nilai OEE kuartal kedua sudah mencapai standar kelas dunia sebesar 85%. Nilai OEE tinggi disebabkan minimnya waktu non produktif mesin yang dihasilkan. Kata Kunci : Mesin Screw Press, Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) ABSTRACT – The purpose of the study was to calculate the OEE value of the screw press machine in PT. Rigunas Agri Utama for 3 quarters and found out the factors causing the low OEE value of screw press machines in PT. Rigunas Agri Utama. Rigunas Agri Utama produced. This study used the survey method and applied TPM using the OEE method, analyzing six big losses and causal diagrams from the OEE results obtained. The data needed is for three quarters. The first quarter of September-December2021, the second quarter of January-April 2022, and the third quarter of May-August 2022. Average value of Overall Equipment Effeciveness screw press machine in PT. Rigunas Agri Utama for 3 quarters was 78.006%, with the highest value of 85.532% of the second quarter and the lowest value of 73.557% of the third quarter. The second-quarter OEE score has reached a world-class standard of 85%. The high OEE value is due to the lack of non-productive time of the resulting machine.
