Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: 1) Untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis karakteristik sosial ekonomi pedagang kuliner di Kelurahan Pasar Jambi Kecamatan Pasar Kota Jambi. 2) Untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis faktor sosial dan ekonomi pedagang kuliner di Kelurahan Pasar Jambi Kecamatan Pasar Kota Jambi berdampak atas pendapatan. Metode pengambilan data yaitu dengan metode survei dengan alat kuesioner. Kemudian alat analisis yang digunakan yaitu Regresi Linier Berganda. Berdasarkan karakteristik pedagang Kuliner di Kelurahan Pasar bahwa rata-rata dari responden menurut modal adalah Rp. 4.944.037 perbulan, rata-rata kelompok umur pedagang Kuliner yang menjadi responden adalah 38 tahun, rata-rata (Mean) dari responden menurut jumlah tanggungan adalah 2 orang, rata-rata (Mean) dari responden menurut jam kerja adalah 8 jam dan rata-rata dari responden menurut pendapatan bersih adalah Rp.3.353.761 perbulan. Hasil regresi menunjukkan bahwa variabel modal, jumlah tanggungan dan jam kerja berpengaruh signfikan terhadap pendapatan pedagang kuliner di Kelurahan Pasar Kecamtan Pasar Kota Jambi. Sedangkan variabel umur dan lokasi usaha tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap pendapatan pedagang kuliner di Kelurahan Pasar Kecamatan Pasar Kota Jambi. This study aims to: 1) To find out and analyze the socio-economic characteristics of culinary traders in Pasar Jambi Village, Pasar District, Jambi City. 2) To find out and analyze the social and economic factors of culinary traders in Pasar Jambi Village, Pasar Kota Jambi District, which have an impact on income. The data collection method is by survey method with a questionnaire tool. Then the analysis tool used is Multiple Linear Regression. Based on the characteristics of Culinary traders in the Pasar Village, the average respondent according to capital is Rp. 4,944,037 per month, the average age group of Culinary traders who are respondents is 38 years, the average (Mean) of respondents according to the number of dependents is 2 people, the average (Mean) of respondents according to working hours is 8 hours and the average -the average of respondents according to net income is Rp.3,353,761 per month. The regression results show that the variable capital, number of dependents and working hours have a significant effect on the income of culinary traders in the Pasar Kecamtan Pasar Village, Jambi City. Meanwhile, the variables of age and business location have no significant effect on the income of culinary traders in the Pasar Village, Pasar District, Jambi City.
