Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini berjudul tentang “Pengaruh Good Corporate Governance dan Corporate Social Responsibility Terhadap Nilai Perusahaan (Studi Pada Perusahaan Manufaktur di Bursa Efek Indonesia Periode 2018-2021)”. Adapun yang menjadi tujuan penelitian ini adalah sebagai berikut : (1) Untuk mengetahui pengaruh Kepemilikan Manajerial terhadap Nilai Perusahaan pada perusahaan manufaktur di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2018-2021. (2) Untuk mengetahui pengaruh Kepemilikan Institusional terhadap Nilai Perusahaan pada perusahaan manufaktur di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2018-2021. (3) Untuk mengetahui pengaruh Frekuensi Rapat Dewan Komisaris terhadap Nilai Perusahaan pada perusahaan manufaktur di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2018-2021. (4) Untuk mengetahui pengaruh Corporate Social Responsibility terhadap Nilai Perusahaan pada perusahaan di Bursa Efek Indonesia perode 2018-2021. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian bahwa (1) Kepemilikan manajerial tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan industri manufaktur di Bursa Efek Indonesia Periode 2018-2021. (2) Kepemilikan institusional tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan industri manufaktur di Bursa Efek Indonesia Periode 2018-2021. (3) Frekuensi rapat dewan komisaris berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan industri manufaktur di Bursa Efek Indonesia Periode 2018-2021. (4) Corporate social responsibility berpengaruh berpengaruh signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan industri manufaktur di Bursa Efek Indonesia Periode 2018-2021. ABSTRACT This Research is entitled “The Influance of Good Corporate Governance and Corporate Social Responsibility on Corporate Values (Study of Manufacturing Companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2018-2021 Period)”. The objectives of this research are as follows: (1) To determine the effect of Manajerial Ownership on Company Value in manufacturing companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2018-2021 period. (2) To determine the effect of Institutional Ownership on Firm Value in manufacturing companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2018-2021 period. (3) To find out the effect of the Frequency of Board of Commissioners Meetings on Company Value in manufacturing companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2018-2021 period. (4) To determine the effect of Corporate Social Responsibility on Company Value in manufacturing companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2018-2021 period. Based on the results pf the study, (1) Managerial ownership has a no significant effect on the value of manufacturing industry companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2018-2021 period. (2) Instututional ownership has a no significant effect on the value of manufacturing industry companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2018-2021 period. (3) The frequency of board of commissioners meetings has a positive and significant effect on the value of manufacturing industry companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2018-2021 period. (4) Corporate Social Responsibility has a positive significant effect on the value of manufacturing industry companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2018-2021 period.
