Abstract

ABSTRAK Modal usaha, tingkat pendidikan dan inovasi produk sangat penting bagi pemilik usaha UMKM, tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu: 1) untuk mengetahui apakah modal usaha berpengaruh terhadap pendapatan Usaha Mikro Kecil Menengah (UMKM). 2) untuk mengetahui apakah tingkat pendidikan berpengaruh terhadap pendapatan Usaha Mikro Kecil Menengah (UMKM) 3) untuk mengetahui apakah inovasi produk berpengaruh terhadap pendapatan Usaha Mikro Kecil Menengah (UMKM). Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah dengan menggunakan analisis Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) yang berbasis varians yaitu Partial Least Square (PLS). SEM dengan PLS berbasis varians sehingga mampu menangani dua kondisi yaitu kondisi dengan faktor yang tidak dapat ditentukan dan kondisi dimana solusi tidak dapat diterima. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh Pemilik UMKM di Kecamatan pelayangan Kota Jambi dan sampelnya berjumlah 87 orang. Penelitian menemukan hasil bahwa seluruh hipotesis dalam penelitian ini telah terbukti secara signifikan. 1) Modal berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap pendapatan Usaha Mikro Kecil Menengah (UMKM). 2) Tingkat Pendidikan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Pendapatan Usaha Mikro Kecil Menengah (UMKM). 3) Inovasi Produk berpengaruh positif dan signifkan terhadap Pendapatan Usaha Mikro Kecil Menengah UMKM. Implikasi pada penelitian ini adalah modal, Tingkat pendidikan dan inovasi produk memiliki peran yang sama penting baik secara individual maupun secara bersama-sama dalam meningkatkan pendapatan Pemilik UMKM. Tingkat Pendidikan, Inovasi Produk, Pendapatan UMKM ABSTRACT Business capital, level of education and product innovation are very important for UMKM business owners, the purposes of this study are: 1) to find out whether business capital affects the income of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (UMKM). 2) to find out whether the level of education has an effect on the income of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (UMKM) 3) to find out whether product innovation has an effect on the income of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (UMKM). The method used in this study is to use Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) analysis based on variance, namely Partial Least Square (PLS). SEM with PLS is based on variance so that it is able to handle two conditions, namely conditions with undetermined factors and conditions where the solution is unacceptable. The population in this study were all UMKM owners in Serving District, Jambi City and the sample was 87 people. The research found that all the hypotheses in this study have been significantly proven. 1) Capital has a positive and significant effect on the income of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (UMKM). 2) Education level has positive and significant effect on Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (UMKM) Income. 3) Product innovation has a positive and significant effect on UMKM Micro, Small and Medium Business Income. The implications of this study are that capital, education level and product innovation have an equally important role both individually and collectively in increasing the income of MSME owners.
