Abstract

Pembelajaran fisika di sekolah sering kali dianggap sulit oleh peserta didik. Hal ini dilihat dari kurangnya penekanan pada pengembangan keterampilan pemecahan masalah. Kesulitan ini dikarenakan kurangnya variasi bahan ajar yang dirancang untuk melatih keterampilan pemecahan masalah peserta didik secara mandiri. Melihat kondisi yang terjadi, pada penelitian ini dikembangkan bahan ajar e-modul fisika berbasis problem based learning menggunakan flip builder pada materi pemanasan global. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui (1) proses pengembangan e-modul berbasis problem based learning pada materi pemanasan global (2) validitas e-modul berbasis problem based learning pada materi pemanasan global (3) kepraktisan e-modul berbasis problem based learning pada materi pemanasan global (4) keefektivan e-modul berbasis problem based learning pada materi pemanasan global. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah research and development dengan model pengembangan 4D. Subjek uji coba dalam penelitian ini adalah peserta didik kelas X A SMAN 15 Muaro Jambi yang berjumlah 32 peserta didik. Instrumen pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini terdiri dari angket validasi ahli materi dan ahli media, angket respon pendidik dan peserta didik, serta tes hasil belajar berupa pretest dan posttest. Hasil penelitian diperoleh melalui validasi ahli materi dan ahli media, praktikalitas berupa respon pendidik dan respon peserta didik serta efektivitas berupa pretest dan posttest. Hasil validasi ahli diperoleh skor 97,1% dan 84% dengan kategori “sangat valid” untuk ahli materi serta 90% dan 81,1% dengan kategori “sangat valid” untuk ahli media. Praktikalitas e-modul dilihat dari respon pendidik dan peserta didik, hasil praktikalitas pendidik dan peserta didik secara berturut-turut sebesar 81,5% dan 85,2% dengan kategori “sangat praktis”. Keefektivan e-modul dilihat dari hasil belajar peserta didik yang dinilai dari hasil pretest dan posttest, dari hasil pretest dan posttest diperoleh nilai N-Gain sebesar 0,6910 dengan persentase 69,10% yang termasuk dalam kategori “cukup efektif”. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa e-modul layak untuk digunakan, serta teruji kepraktisan dan keefektivannya, selain itu e-modul sangat mudah diakses melalui smartphone, laptop, maupun komputer. Sehingga e-modul dapat dijadikan bahan ajar tambahan bagi peserta didik untuk belajar mandiri dimana pun dan kapan pun. Learning physics at school is often considered difficult by students. This can be seen from the lack of emphasis on developing problem solving skills. This difficulty is due to the lack of variety of teaching materials designed to train students' problem solving skills independently. Seeing the conditions that occur, in this research a physics e-module teaching material based on problem based learning was developed using a flip builder on global warming material. The aim of this research is to determine (1) the process of developing e-modules based on problem based learning on global warming material (2) the validity of e-modules based on problem based learning on global warming material (3) the practicality of e-modules based on problem based learning on material global warming (4) effectiveness of e-modules based on problem based learning on global warming material. The research method used in this research is research and development with a 4D development model. The test subjects in this research were class X A students of SMAN 15 Muaro Jambi, totaling 32 students. The data collection instruments used in this research consisted of validation questionnaires for material experts and media experts, teacher and student response questionnaires, as well as learning outcomes tests in the form of pretests and posttests. The research results were obtained through validation of material experts and media experts, practicality in the form of teacher responses and student responses and effectiveness in the form of pretest and posttest. The expert validation results obtained scores of 97.1% and 84% in the "very valid" category for material experts and 90% and 81.1% in the "very valid" category for media experts. The practicality of the e-module is seen from the responses of educators and students, the results of the practicality of educators and students respectively are 81.5% and 85.2% in the "very practical" category. The effectiveness of the e-module can be seen from the learning outcomes of students which are assessed from the pretest and posttest results. From the pretest and posttest results, an N-Gain value of 0.6910 is obtained with a percentage of 69.10% which is included in the "quite effective" category. Based on these results, it can be concluded that the e-module is suitable for use, and its practicality and effectiveness have been tested, besides that the e-module is very easy to access via smartphone, laptop or computer. So that e-modules can be used as additional teaching material for students to learn independently anywhere and anytime.
