Abstract

Kata Kunci : Strategi Guru, Konflik di Sekolah, Lingkungan Belajar Kondusif Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi jenis-jenis konflik antar siswa di SDN 111/I Muara Bulian serta menganalisis strategi yang digunakan oleh guru dalam mengelola konflik untuk meningkatkan lingkungan belajar kondusif. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus untuk memahami fenomena konflik antar siswa secara mendalam. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara dengan guru dan wali kelas serta dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan tiga jenis konflik yaitu konflik dari dalam individu (intrapersonal), konflik antar individu (interpersonal), dan konflik antar individu dalam kelompok. Strategi yang diterapkan oleh guru meliputi pendekatan berorientasi pada empati, perhatian, nasehat, teguran, kolaborasi dengan orang tua, penerapan sanksi proporsional, menciptakan perdamaian serta pembentukan karakter siswa. Evaluasi strategi menunjukkan peningkatan kedisiplinan dan minat belajar siswa, tetapi tantangan seperti kurangnya kesadaran siswa terhadap instruksi tetap menjadi hambatan. Pesan dan harapan dari guru menekankan pentingnya sikap ikhlas, kerjasama antara guru, orang tua, dan siswa, serta komunikasi yang baik dalam menciptakan lingkungan belajar yang kondusif. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, kesimpulannya adalah menekankan pentingnya perencanaan dari sekolah serta kerja sama antara guru, orang tua, dan siswa untuk mengatasi konflik dan meningkatkan lingkungan belajar kondusif. Keywords: Teacher Strategy, Conflict in School, Conducive Learning Environment This research aims to identify types of conflict between students at SDN 111/I Muara Bulian and analyze the strategies used by teachers in managing conflict to improve a conducive learning environment. This research uses qualitative research with a case study approach to understand the phenomenon of conflict between students in depth. Data was collected through interviews with teachers and homeroom teachers as well as documentation. The results of this research show three types of conflict, namely conflict within individuals (intrapersonal), conflict between individuals (interpersonal), and conflict between individuals in groups. The strategies implemented by teachers include approaches oriented towards empathy, attention, advice, warnings, collaboration with parents, application of proportional sanctions, creating peace and building student character. Strategy evaluations show improvements in student discipline and interest in learning, but challenges such as students' lack of awareness of instructions remain obstacles. Messages and expectations from teachers emphasize the importance of sincere attitudes, cooperation between teachers, parents and students, and good communication in creating a conducive learning environment. Based on the research results, the conclusion is to emphasize the importance of school planning and colaboration between teachers, parents and students to resolve conflicts and improve a conducive learning environment.
