Abstract
ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh biaya pemeliharaan, kualitas pelayanan dan promosi terhadap keputusan nasabah gadai emas di Pegadaian Syariah Unit Talang Banjar. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif. Teknik yang digunakan dalam pengambilan sampel adalah teknik non-probability sampling. Jumlah sampel yang diambil sebanyak 72 responden dari total populasi pada nasabah gadai emas Pegadaian Syariah Unit Talang Banjar bulan November sebesar 258. Pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan angket. Teknik analisis data pada penelitian ini menggunakan Program Aplikasi SPSS 26. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara persial biaya pemeliharaan (X1) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan nasabah, kualitas pelayanan (X2) dan promosi (X3) berpengaruh dan tidak signifikan terhadap keputusan nasabah. Biaya pemeliharaan, kualitas pelayanan dan promosi secara bersama-sama berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian. ABSTRAC This research aims to determine and analyze the effect of maintenance costs, quality of service and promotion on the decision of gold pawn customers at Pawnshop Syariah Unit Talang Banjar. The method used in this research is a quantitative method. The technique used in sampling is a non-probability sampling technique. The number of samples taken as many as 72 respondents from the total population of gold pawn customers at Pegadaian Syariah Talang Banjar Unit in November amounted to 258. Data collection in this study using a questionnaire. Data analysis technique The results showed that the maintenance fee (X1) had a significant effect on the customer's gold pawn. The results showed that the maintenance fee (X1) had a significant effect on customer decisions, service quality (X2) had a significant effect on customer decisions. on customer decisions, service quality (X2) and promotion (X3) effect and insignificant to customer decisions. Cost maintenance, service quality and promotion together have a significant on purchasing decisions.
