Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh persepsi, kemudahan dan kualitas informasi terhadap minat masyarakat dalam penggunaan layanan mobile banking bank syariah di provinsi jambi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan jumlah masyarakat di Provinsi Jambi tahun 2023. Metode pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode Random Sampling dari jumlah populasi yang ada. Menggunakan perhitungan rumus Slovin dengan hasil 97 responden. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Data hasil kuesioner diolah menggunakan analisis Partical Least Square (PLS). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa persepsi, kemudahan dan kualitas informasi berpengaruh terhadap minat masyarakat dalam penggunaan layanan mobile banking bank syariah di provinsi jambi. Variabel kualitas informasi merupakan variabel yang paling dominan mempengaruhi minat masyarakat dalam penggunaan layanan mobile banking bank syariah di provinsi jambi. The purpose of this research is to determine the influence of perception, ease of use, and information quality on public interest in using mobile banking services of Islamic banks in Jambi Province. This research employs a quantitative method with the population in Jambi Province in 2023. The sampling method used is Random Sampling from the existing population. The calculation uses the Slovin formula, resulting in 97 respondents. Data collection was conducted using a questionnaire. The questionnaire data were processed using Partial Least Square (PLS) analysis. The research results indicate that perception, ease of use, and information quality influence public interest in using mobile banking services of Islamic banks in Jambi Province. The information quality variable is the most dominant variable influencing public interest in using mobile banking services of Islamic banks in Jambi Province.
