Abstract

Metode bercerita adalah cara penyampaian atau penyajian meteri pembelajaran secara lisan dalam bentuk cerita dari guru kepada anak didik, Dalam pelaksanaan kegiatan pembelajaran, metode bercerita dilaksanakan dalam upaya meningkatkan kemampuan anak berbicara, memberikan keterangan atau penjelasan tentang hal baru dalam rangka menyampaikan pembelajaran yang dapat mengembangkan berbagai kompetensi dasar pada anak. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui pengaruh metode bercerita terhadap kepercayaan diri anak usia 5-6 tahun di TK Rizani Putra. Adapun rumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini yaitu apakah ada pengaruh metode bercerita terhadap kepercayaan diri anak usia 5-6 tahun di TK rizani putra. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian kuantitatif yang menggunakan metode eksperimen. Dengan desain eksperimen yang digunakan adalah desain kelompok tunggal pre-test dan post-test (One Group Pretest Posttest Design), dimana eksperimen dilakukan terhadap satu kelompok tanpa ada kelompok pembanding dengan memberikan tes awal dan tes akhir pada subjek penelitian. Populasi penelitian ini berjumlah 29 anak, sampel penelitian ini berjumlah 17 anak. Teknik pengumpulan sampel menggunakan teknik Nonprobability sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini menggunakan observasi. Analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah uji normalitas, uji homogenitas, uji hipotesis. Berdasarkan hasil analisis pada pre test dan post test Hal ini bisa dilihat melalui hasil pengujian hipotesis uji t bahwa t hitung > t tabel yaitu 8,925 > 2,131 ini menunjukkan terdapat pengaruh metode bercerita terhadap kepercayaan diri anak usia 5-6 tahun di TK Rizani Putra. Kesimpulan penelitian ini yaitu terdapat metode bercerita terhadap kepercayaan diri anak usia 5-6 tahun di TK Rizani Putra. Dengan besaran T hitung (8,925) yang lebih besar dari T tabel (2,131). Kata kunci: Metode Bercerita, Kepercayaan Diri Anak. The storytelling method is a way of conveying or presenting learning material orally in the form of stories from teachers to students. In implementing learning activities, the storytelling method is implemented in an effort to improve children's ability to speak, provide information or explanations about new things in order to convey learning that can develop various basic competencies in children. The aim of this research is to determine the effect of the storytelling method on the self-confidence of children aged 5-6 years at Rizani Putra Kindergarten. The problem formulation in this research is whether there is an influence of the storytelling method on the self-confidence of children aged 5-6 years at the Rizani Putra Kindergarten. This research is a type of quantitative research that uses experimental methods. The experimental design used was a single group pre-test and post-test design (One Group Pretest Posttest Design), where the experiment was carried out on one group without a comparison group by giving an initial test and a final test to the research subjects. The population of this study was 29 children, the sample of this study was 17 children. The sample collection technique uses nonprobability sampling technique. The data collection technique in this research uses observation. Analysis The data used in this research are normality test, homogeneity test, hypothesis test. Based on the results of the analysis on the pre-test and post-test, this can be seen through the results of the t-test hypothesis testing that t count > t table, namely 8.925 > 2.131, this shows that there is an influence of the storytelling method on the self-confidence of children aged 5-6 years at Rizani Putra Kindergarten. The conclusion of this research is that there is a storytelling method for the self-confidence of children aged 5-6 years at Rizani Putra Kindergarten. With the calculated T (8.925) which is greater than the T table (2.131). Keywords: Storytelling Method, Children's Self-Confidence.
