Abstract

Tanggung Jawab Sosial dan Lingkungan (TJSL) merupakan kewajiban yang sangat penting dilakukan oleh setiap perusahaan, sebagai bentuk pertanggung jawaban atas apa yang telah dilakukan perusahaan terhadap lingkungan dan masyarakat. Beberapa tahun kebelakang, PTPN IV Regional 4 telah melakukan tanggung jawab sosial dan lingkungannya dengan menggunakan konsep Creating Share Value (CSV). Dari bantuan yang telah disalurkan, perlu adanya kolaborasi dengan pihak lain seperti pihak swasta ataupun pihak pemerintahan. Dengan permaslahan yang telah dijelaskan. maka penting untuk meneliti apakah terdapat penerapan prinsip kolaborasi yang dilakukan antara PTPN IV Regional 4 dengan Pemerintah Kota Jambi pada Tanggung Jawab Sosial dan Lingkungan dan bagaimana kinerja PTPN IV Regional 4 dalam penyebaran TJSL di wilayah Kota Jambi. Dari hal tersebut, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui cara penerapan prinsip kolaborasi antara PTPN IV Regional 4 dengan Pemerintah Kota Jambi dan menilai kinerja PTPN IV Regional 4 dalam melakukan TJSL di Kota Jambi. Teori yang digunakan adalah kolaborasi dengan menggunakan indikator oleh Ansell dan Gash dimana terdapat kondisi awal, kepemimpinan fasilitatif, desain institusi, dan proses kolaborasi serta menggunakan teori tanggung jawab sosial dan lingkungan dan memakai indikator oleh Kartini, dimana indikator tersebut terdapat kepemimpinan, proporsi bantuan, transparansi dan akuntabilitas, cakupan wilayah, perencanaan serta mekanisme monitoring dan evaluasi, pelibatan pemegang saham, keberlanjutan, dan hasil nyata. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan penelitian dilakukan secara deskriptif. Hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan adalah dalam menyalurkan TJSL nya, PTPN IV Regional 4 tidak melakukan kolaborasi dengan berbagai pihak manapun dalam setiap penyebarannya baik dari program perusahaan maupun pengajuan proposal dari masyarakat. Selain itu, kinerja PTPN IV Regional 4 dalam menyalurkan TJSL nya dapat dikatakan belum maksimal dan masih banyak kekurangan. Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) is a very important obligation carried out by every company, as a form of responsibility for what the company has done to the environment and society. In the past few years, PTPN IV Regional 4 has carried out its social and environmental responsibilities by using the concept of Creating Share Value (CSV). From the assistance that has been distributed, there is a need for collaboration with other parties such as the private sector or the government. With the problems that have been explained. Therefore, it is important to examine whether there is an application of the principle of collaboration carried out between PTPN IV Regional 4 and the Jambi City Government on corporate social responsibility and how PTPN IV Regional 4 performs in the dissemination of CSR in the Jambi City area. From there, this study aims to find out how to apply the principle of collaboration between PTPN IV Regional 4 and the Jambi City Government and assess the performance of PTPN IV Regional 4 in conducting CSR in Jambi City. The theory used in this research is collaboration that using indicators by Ansell and Gash where there are initial conditions, facilitative leadership, institutional design, and collaboration processes as well as using the theory of corporate social responsibility and using indicators by Kartini, where these indicators include leadership, proportion of assistance, transparency and accountability, regional coverage, planning and monitoring and evaluation mechanisms, stakeholder involvement, sustainability, and tangible results. This study uses a qualitative research method with a descriptive research approach. The results of the research that have been carried out are that in distributing its CSR, PTPN IV Regional 4 does not collaborate with any various parties in any of its dissemination, both from company programs and proposals from the community. In addition, the performance of PTPN IV Regional 4 in distributing its CSR can be said to be not optimal and there are still many shortcomings.
