Abstract
Metode PIECES merupakan salah satu metode yang digunakan untuk mengidentifikasi kelemahan sistem yang menjadi rekomendasi perbaikan-perbaikan yang harus dibuat pada sistem yang akan dikembangkan. Pengujian dilakukan dengan menyebarkan kuesioner sebanyak 30 responden untuk melakukan Pilot Test. Lalu menyebarkan kepada minimal 100 responden yang merupakan pengunjung umum Rumah Sakit Jiwa Daerah Kolonel H. M. Syukur yang telah menggunakan website rsj.jambiprov.go.id. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif jenis analisis statistik deskriptif. Pada penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel Performance (Kinerja Sistem), Information (Informasi), Control and Security (Pengendalian dan Pengamanan), Efficiency (Efisiensi), Service (Pelayanan) berpengaruh positif terhadap kepuasan pengguna. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk menganalisis Kualitas Website Rumah Sakit Jiwa Daerah Kolonel H. M. Syukur pada tingkat Performance, Information, Economics, Control and Security, Efficiency, dan Service. The PIECES method is one of the methods used to identify system weaknesses that serve as recommendations for improvements to be made to the system being developed. Testing was conducted by distributing questionnaires to 30 respondents for a Pilot Test, followed by distributing them to at least 100 respondents, who were general visitors of the Regional Mental Hospital Colonel H. M. Syukur and had used the website rsj.jambiprov.go.id. This study employed a quantitative research method with descriptive statistical analysis. The findings indicate that the variables Performance (System Performance), Information, Control and Security, Efficiency, and Service positively influence user satisfaction. The purpose of this study is to analyze the quality of the website of the Regional Mental Hospital Colonel H. M. Syukur in terms of Performance, Information, Economics, Control and Security, Efficiency, and Service.
