Abstract

Efektivitas Model Two Stay Two Stray dalam Pembelajaran Teks Tanggapan Siswa Kelas VII SMP Negeri 12 Kota Jambi : Skripsi, Pendidikan Bahasa dan Sastra Indonesia, FKIP Universitas Jambi, Pembimbing : (I) Drs. Edy Pahar Harahap, M. Pd. (II) Hilman Yusra, S.Pd, M.Pd. Kata Kunci: Two Stay Two Stray, Pembelajaran, Teks Tanggapan Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh model pembelajaran Two Stay Two Stray dalam pembelajaran teks tanggapan tepatnya struktur teks tanggapan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini ialah penelitian kuantitatif dimana desain penelitiannya yaitu Quasi Eksperiment Design, data penelitian diperoleh dengan cara memberikan instrumen penelitian berupa Pretest dan Posttest pada kelas VII 6 SMP Negeri 12 Kota Jambi. Pengolahan data menggunakan bantuan program IBM SPSS versi 29. Teknik pengumpulan data mencakup tes, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Penelitian ini memakai uji statistik non parametrik (uji wilcoxon) untuk memperbandingkan hasil data pretest dan posttest. Adanya pemberian pretest dan posttest, diketahui telah terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan dari hasil belajar menulis struktur teks tanggapan antara hasil pretest rata-rata 47,48 dan hasil posttest rata-rata 82,24. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa penerapan model pembelajaran Two Stay Two Stray terbukti efektif dalam memantik peserta didik dan memotivasi kemauan belajar peserta didik. Dan hasil uji hipotesis menggunakan uji Wilcoxon dapat diketahui bahwa hasil data nilai dari Sig. (2-tailed) adalah 0,000. Maka, Ha diterima karena nilai tersebut kurang dari 0,05 dan dapat dikatakan bahwa model pembelajaran Two Stay Two Stray efektif digunakan dalam pembelajaran teks tanggapan pada peserta didik. Dari hasil penelitian ini diharapkan menjadi acuan dan informasi dalam upaya pembelajaran multi arah yang fokus pada pemahaman peserta didik, pendidik sebagai fasilitator hendaknya dapat bersifat dinamis dalam perkembangan pembelajaran di masa saat ini yang mengedepankan model pembelajaran Two Stay Two Stray dengan begitu tujuan awal pembelajaran dapat tercapai. Keywords: Two Stay Two Stray, Response, Text Learning This study aims to test the influence of the Two Stay Two Stray learning model in learning response texts, specifically the structure of response texts. The method used in this study is quantitative research where the research design is Quasi Experiment Design, research data is obtained by providing research instruments in the form of Pretest and Posttest in class VII 6 SMP Negeri 12 Kota Jambi. Data processing uses the assistance of the IBM SPSS version 29 program. Data collection techniques include tests, interviews, and documentation. This study uses non-parametric statistical tests (Wilcoxon test) to compare the results of pretest and posttest data. With the provision of pretest and posttest, it is known that there is a significant difference in the results of learning to write the structure of the response text between the average pretest results of 47.48 and the average posttest results of 82.24. This shows that the application of the Two Stay Two Stray learning model has proven effective in igniting students and motivating students' willingness to learn. And the results of the hypothesis test using the Wilcoxon test can be seen that the results of the Sig. (2-tailed) data are 0.000. So, Ha is accepted because the value is less than 0.05 and it can be said that the Two Stay Two Stray learning model is effective in learning response texts for students. From the results of this study, it is expected to be a reference and information in multi-directional learning efforts that focus on student understanding, educators as facilitators should be able to be dynamic in the development of learning in the current era that prioritizes the Two Stay Two Stray learning model so that the initial learning objectives can be achieved.
